Skip one product in the next order, from admin

On a subscription page, choose Skip in next order under a product. It is left out of that one order and comes back in the order after, and Keep in next order undoes it. The customer is not emailed. Not available for bundles, boxes, prepaid subscriptions or the last product.

Your widget starts in your store's language

The widget, customer portal and emails now start in your store's main language as soon as you install, and a new offer's heading, option titles and badges do too. Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Malay, Thai and Vietnamese join the languages with ready-made wording. Anything you have already typed is kept.

The app in seven more languages

The app now follows your Shopify admin language in Polish, Swedish, Danish, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese and European Portuguese too. There is nothing to turn on: each person on your team sees the language set on their own Shopify account.

The app now speaks your language

Every page of the app is now translated into German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese and Bulgarian: offers, subscriptions, design, journeys, analytics, settings and the rest. There is nothing to turn on. The app follows the language you picked for your Shopify admin, so each person on your team sees it in their own language, and anyone using another language keeps seeing it in English. To change yours, change the language of your own Shopify account in your profile settings. This is the app's own text, not what your customers read: the widget, the customer portal and your emails still use the wording you set under Settings > Translations.

Win-back emails only after a customer cancels

Win-back emails from your cancellation flows now go only to customers who cancelled from the customer portal. Subscriptions you cancel from the admin, or that Shopify Flow or failed payments cancel, get none. This is the new "Only when the customer cancels" setting in each cancellation flow, under After cancellation: Win-back emails, and it is on by default. Untick it to send win-back emails after every cancellation. Win-back emails are also only sent when you have turned them on in the flow yourself.

Let one-time customers subscribe from their order

Pick one of your offers for the Order status page placement and add the block to the order status page in Shopify's checkout and accounts editor. Customers who bought one time see the order's items with your subscription options and their saving. If they already pay for a subscription with a saved card, they subscribe after one confirmation and their first subscription order comes one delivery interval after the original order, so nothing is charged that day. Otherwise a checkout opens with the same items on the chosen option.

See how your upsells perform

Analytics > Reports > Upsell performance now shows how often each upsell was shown in the customer portal and on the thank-you page, how many emails carried it, how many customers clicked it and how many added it, with click-through rate, redemption rate and revenue for each placement and each offer. Export everything to CSV. Each offer in Grow > Upsells also shows its last 30 days at a glance.

Bundle discounts from the compare-at price

Products on sale often have a compare-at price above their price. Tick Calculate bundle discounts from the compare-at price in an offer's Bundle options and a 30% off bundle of a $100 product selling at $80 costs $70 instead of $56. A bundle is never charged more than the selling price. This applies to one-time purchases; subscription options still discount from the price.

Attach a discount code to a subscription or bundle option

In Offers, click Discount code on a subscription option or a bundle option and enter one of your Shopify discount codes. When a shopper adds that option to their cart, the code is applied for them, and it comes off again if they remove the option. We check the code exists when you save and warn you if it will not apply to subscriptions or will not combine with the bundle discount. Whether it keeps applying on renewals is the code's own recurring payments setting in Shopify.

A daily list of upcoming renewals for your team

In Settings > Notifications > Staff notifications, turn on Upcoming renewals and choose how far ahead it looks: 1, 2 or 3 days, or a week. Each morning your store email gets one list of the subscriptions renewing that day, with the customer, products, amount and a link to each subscription, whether or not your customers get a reminder. No email is sent on a day with nothing renewing. Shopify Flow and webhooks also get a new Subscription renewal upcoming trigger, so you can send the alert to Slack or anywhere else.

Renewal reminders for the subscriptions you choose

In Settings > Notifications, the Upcoming subscription renewal email now has a Send for choice. Keep All subscriptions, pick Prepaid subscriptions only to remind customers before a 6 or 12 month renewal, or pick Only these subscription options and tick the options that should get the reminder. Subscriptions on other options renew as usual without the email. The same choice applies when Klaviyo, Omnisend or an SMS app sends your reminders.

See why a renewal failed in the export

When you export your subscriptions, each failing subscription now carries its last payment status, the error code and message Shopify gave on the last failed attempt, and the date of that attempt. Filter the list by Last payment error, export, and you have a ready list of who to contact and why their payment did not go through.

Keep track of custom field answers

Exporting from Subscriptions now adds a column for each of your custom fields, filled with the answer each subscription holds today, including changes customers made in the customer portal. Any other order details shown on a subscription get a column too. Every subscription email now shows the subscription's answers in its Subscription summary, and when a customer changes an answer in the customer portal they get the Subscription contract updated email. Tick Email me a copy on that email under Settings > Notifications to receive it too, so your packing list stays current without checking every subscription.

Free shipping on chosen subscription options

Each subscription option now has a Free shipping setting under Price and payment. Turn it on and every order on that option ships free, at checkout and on every renewal, while your other options keep charging your normal shipping. When a customer moves to another option in the customer portal, free shipping follows the option they move to. Subscription types are now picked when you click Add subscription option, so the Subscription type menu inside an option is gone; to change an option's type, add a new option of that type.

Custom CSS and placement for each design

Custom CSS and Placement used to belong to the store design only, so every design shared them. Each design now has its own: open a saved design on the Design page, or an offer's design from Offers, and both sections are there. Its CSS applies wherever that design is used, and its placement moves the widget on the products whose offers use it. A new design starts with a copy of the design it was made from, and an existing design keeps using the store design's CSS and placement until you save it. Labels are still shared by every design and edited on the store design.

Custom fields: a default answer

In Offers, each custom field on a subscription option now has a Default answer. For a text field, type the answer it starts with; for a dropdown, pick one of its choices. The product page shows the field already filled in, the shopper can change or clear it, and a required field with a default is already answered. The preview shows it as you type, a text default can be translated under Settings > Translations > Widgets > Custom fields, and a subscription you create yourself starts with the same answers.

Update subscriptions from journeys

In Grow > Journeys, the Update subscription action sets fields on a subscription from a source you choose: the shipping address from the first or latest order or the customer's default address, the shipping method from an order, and the note or an attribute from an order, from text you write, or removed. Choose to make the change now, or once the source changes, for up to a week. That second option is for apps that correct an order after checkout, such as pickup point apps: Shopify saves the subscription with the checkout address, so without it the correction never reaches the renewals. The new Keep a corrected address template sets this up in one click. A field the customer or you changed in the meantime is left as it is. The new Shipping address changed trigger runs when the customer, you or the API change a subscription's address, for example to clear a pickup point's details.

A design for each variant

A product's widget has always used the design of the first offer it shows. Now that is worked out for each variant. Point a premium club at the Glass bottle variant and your everyday Subscribe & Save at the Can, give the club a design of its own, and customers see the club's design on the Glass bottle and your everyday design on the Can, switching as they pick. Which offer comes first is set in Design > Add-on settings > Offer order, which now lists each offer by its name beside its subscription name, so two offers sharing a subscription name are easy to tell apart.

See and edit custom field answers on each subscription

Open a subscription under Subscriptions: the Custom fields card on the right lists the answers the customer gave on the product page, such as a pet's name or a grind preference. Click the pencil to change an answer or fill in a missing one; you can change every field, including the ones customers cannot change in their portal, and a required field left empty is marked so you notice it. Fields the subscription option asks always stay on the subscription. You can also add fields of your own, a name and a value, to any subscription, even one whose option asks nothing, and remove them again. They are saved on future orders, where the customer can see them. When you create a subscription yourself, the same card lets you answer the option's fields and add your own.

A/B test your offers and see how each offer performs

Grow > A/B tests splits an offer's shoppers between two to four versions. Each version is a copy of the offer that you change in Offers: try a different discount, other bundle or subscription options, or new titles and badges, while the products, markets, customers, schedule and design stay the same. Split traffic evenly or choose the share yourself, preview each version on your store, then start the test. Each shopper keeps seeing the same version. The results compare visitors, add to cart rate, conversion rate, revenue, average order value and revenue per visitor, give each version its chance to beat the original, and mark a significant winner once you can be 95% confident in it. End the test by choosing the version to keep: it sells to everyone and the others go back to drafts. Analytics > Offers shows the same numbers for every offer and each of its options, with date comparison and CSV export. Each offer has its own performance page, opened from Analytics, from the visitors count in the Offers list or with View performance on the offer, where you can draw up to three other offers beside it.

Click a chip to open the setting in Additional settings. Nothing about how these settings behave has changed.

Analytics for bundles and subscriptions, with export

See what Supr earns you at a glance: revenue from bundles, new subscriptions and renewals, its share of your store's sales, your bundle take rate, and how orders with a bundle compare with orders without one. The page adapts to what you sell. Bundle discounts, top offers, bundle options and bundled products have their own cards and reports, the Products tab now covers products sold in bundles as well as on subscription, and a cohort heatmap on the overview shows how subscriptions are retained. Pick any date range, from a quarter or month to date to Black Friday Cyber Monday, compare with the previous period or the previous year, and click Export on any report to download it as a CSV.

Market discounts on bundle options

Bundle options now have Discount by market, like subscription options. Under Price and discount, it gives a bigger percentage off in chosen markets, for example 10% everywhere and 15% in Canada, shown on the product page and applied at checkout. It appears once your store sells in two or more markets. Where an offer sells is still set once, in the offer's Markets. The market settings on offers and options are also more compact.

A design of its own for each offer

In Offers, click New design in the preview, under the product picker. The offer gets its own design, named after the offer (Coffee Club Design), starting as a copy of your store design, and the editor opens on it in a full-screen window over the offer, previewing that offer: the same product and variant, its options, bundle options and gifts, unsaved edits included. Change its layout, colours, shape, spacing and elements there, and rename it at the top of its Design card: the offer's preview follows as you go, and the design is saved when you save the offer, so Discard on the offer undoes it too. Once the offer has its design, the button becomes Edit design. The Design dropdown beside it switches the offer between the store design, its own design and any other saved design; switching keeps the design, and deleting it from its card removes it when you save the offer. A design shared with other offers keeps its own Save in the window, since saving it changes those offers too. The Design page lists every design too, where you can switch between them, rename or delete them. Labels, Custom CSS and add-ons stay shared by every design. Every offer can have its own design, and a store can keep up to 50 more on the Design page.

Upsells on the thank-you page

Upsell offers under Grow > Upsells have a new placement, Thank-you page. Pick one of your offers and the thank-you page shows its product with that offer's subscription and bundle options, at the offer's prices. After a checkout that started a subscription, one click adds a subscription option on the same schedule, or a quantity break or simple fixed bundle, to the new subscription; nothing more is charged at checkout. After a one-time order, or for options that need more choices, Buy now opens a new checkout with the customer's details filled in. Conversions show under Thank-you page in the Upsell performance report.

Choose what savings are measured from

Subscription and bundle options measure their struck-through price and their savings from a product's compare-at price when it is higher than the price. Turn on Savings from the selling price in an offer's details to measure from the selling price instead, for every subscription option, bundle option and the one-time row in that offer. It changes what shoppers read on the product page, never what they pay. Offers created before October 2026 keep subscription savings from the selling price until you change the setting.

Spend more, save more

Under Design > Add-on settings, Spend more, save more sets up to 5 tiers, each a percentage off the order once the cart reaches its amount. A progress bar at the top of the cart page and cart drawer tells shoppers how much more to spend, and what they are saving once they get there. Choose whether every item counts, or only one-time or only subscription items. The bar's texts are yours to reword and translate, with defaults in 34 languages.

Mix and match quantity breaks

On an offer whose bundle options are all quantity breaks, tick Mix and match products toward quantity breaks, under the bundle name above your bundle options. Units of every product the offer covers then count toward each pack at checkout: buy 2 of one flavour and 1 of another and all three get the 3 pack's discount, and an option's free shipping follows the same count. Each product keeps its own price, so a percentage discount reads best. Subscription and one-time items count separately.

Frequently bought together

Under a bundle option's Add-ons in Offers there are three new settings. Show as frequently bought together lays the option out the way shoppers know from the big stores: a Frequently bought together heading, the product and its add-ons side by side joined by plus signs (tap an image to add or remove it), the total for everything ticked with its full price struck through, and a list that starts with this item and ticks each add-on with its price. Tick the add-ons to start with has them ticked when the page loads, so shoppers untick what they do not want. Add Shopify's recommendations fills in up to 4 more add-ons from the complementary products you set in Shopify's Search & Discovery app; they sell at their normal price. Shoppers choose each add-on's variant from a dropdown, and add-ons are always shown with their product's name. The heading, the this item line and the total can be reworded under Design > Labels, translated into 34 languages.

On a customer's profile in POS, Subscriptions lists their subscriptions, and staff can skip or move the next order, pause, resume or cancel, within the access their staff role gives them. Variables in option texts

Subscription option names, descriptions, badges and benefits, the one-time purchase option's name, description and benefits, bundle option titles, subtitles, badges and the text below them, and the single option's title and subtitle can now include variables that fill in for the product, variant, quantity and frequency the shopper has chosen: {{ price }} and {{ total }} after the discount, {{ original_price }} and {{ original_total }} before it, {{ saved_amount }}, {{ saved_total }} and {{ saved_percentage }}, {{ discount }} as you set it, {{ quantity }}, {{ product }} and {{ variant }}. So a bundle subtitle of You save {{ saved_total }} reads You save $12.00, and changes as the shopper switches a variant or a frequency. Click the code icon beside a text field to pick one from the list; it is added to the end of your text. The icon works on phones too. Variable names used by Kaching Bundles, such as {{ new_price }} and {{ new_total }}, work too. The preview on the Design page and in Offers shows the filled-in text.

Build-a-box search and filters, and swatches for every variant choice

Search, sort and filter on a Build-a-box bundle option adds a search box, a sort menu (your order, price low to high or high to low, name) and, when the products have two or more product types, a filter by type to the picker that opens once a set has more than 6 products. A new switch on the Design page, Show variants as swatches (Elements > Both widgets), replaces every variant dropdown in both widgets with swatches: build-your-own boxes and their product list, add-ons, free gifts on bundle and subscription options (shown once their option is chosen), the products in a fixed bundle, and the per-item choices on quantity breaks and Buy X Get Y. Colours and pictures come from the option values you set in Shopify; sizes and other options show their name. Sold out values are struck through, and the swatches, Choose buttons and picker take your widget's colours. It is on for new stores. Every new text can be reworded under Design > Labels and translated under Settings > Translations > Widgets, with defaults in 34 languages.

Variables in subscription tags

Under Settings > Tags, each order tag can now include variables that the app fills in for every order: {{ subscription_name }} (the subscription option's name), {{ subscription_id }}, {{ delivery_frequency }} and {{ billing_frequency }} (for example 1 month and 3 months on a prepaid plan), {{ product_title }} and {{ variant_title }}, {{ order_id }}, {{ order_name }} (for example #1001), {{ contract_order_number }} and {{ contract_renewal_number }}. The Has subscription customer tag takes the subscription's own variables too, so a customer gets one tag per subscription, for example subscriber Every 2 weeks. A tag with {{ product_title }} or {{ variant_title }} is written once for each product on the subscription, and every tag is kept to Shopify's 40 characters by shortening the product name first. Click a variable in Edit tag to add it; the tag shows an example as you type. Saving updates the tags on your existing subscription customers and orders, replacing the ones the old text wrote. Status tags such as Has active subscription stay plain text, since they describe the customer as a whole.

Free subscription shipping now holds when customers also buy one-time items

When a checkout holds subscription and one-time products together, Shopify does not apply a free shipping discount set to Purchase type: Subscription, so the subscription used to be saved with paid shipping and every renewal charged it. The app now checks each new subscription against your active free shipping discounts for subscriptions, with the same countries, maximum shipping price, minimum and number of payments, and adds the discount to the subscription so its renewals ship free. The first order is unchanged. Changing the shipping price on subscriptions whose address has no postal code, common in countries such as Panama, Hong Kong or Ireland, also works again with Update shipping price.

Sell offers to some customers only

Turn on Customers in an offer's details to sell it only to some of your customers: all logged-in customers, customers with at least one of the tags you enter (members, VIPs), or customers without any of them (for example everyone but wholesale), which can also sell to shoppers who are not logged in. Shoppers who do not qualify do not see the offer's subscription options or bundle options, and checkout enforces it too, so a link or logging out does not get around it: its subscription options are refused when added to the cart and at checkout, with a message you can reword under Design > Add-on settings > Subscription limit reached text and translate into your other languages, and its bundle discounts never apply to them. A subscription option's own Customer eligibility now works the same way at checkout, can also sell to shoppers who are not logged in when it excludes tags, and an option that has one keeps it instead of the offer's rule.

Journeys: skip months, such as a seasonal break

Journeys can now follow the calendar. The condition Month of the next order checks whether a subscription's next order falls in the months you tick, in your store's timezone. The action Move the next order to a month moves that order to the next time the month you pick comes round, on the same day of the month (or the last day of a shorter month), and the orders after it follow on from there. Together they handle a seasonal break: after every order on an option, if the next order falls in December or January, move it to February. Nothing is charged or sent for the months in between, and customers can still see their new date in the portal.

On a Starter, then refills option, the refill is now charged its own product price with the option's discount by default. Add-ons now match your widget design

Every add-on with a Style section under Design > Add-on settings now takes its colours and corners from your widget design when you leave them empty, instead of your theme's: custom fields, gift subscriptions (the Send as a gift toggle switches on in your design's accent), the sticky add to cart bar, the cart upsell buttons and Add to my subscription with its confirmation. The accent is the colour your design marks the chosen option with. On pages with no widget, such as the cart page, the cart upsell uses the design the shopper last saw on a product page. Set any colour yourself to override it; fonts still follow your theme.

Add to my subscription: a new card, a confirmation with the full price

Add to my subscription now shows as a card under the subscription options, with the date the product will ship. It appears while the customer has a subscription option selected, and offers only their active or paused subscriptions on that same option, so the product joins at the price the page shows. With one such subscription they see just the button; a list appears only when there are more. Clicking the button opens a confirmation first: everything already in the subscription with the new product highlighted and its price on each delivery, and the next order with it added (subtotal, discounts, shipping, tax and total, worked out by Shopify), and nothing changes until they confirm. When the product is already in the subscription as a quantity break pack, it joins that pack instead: one more can on a Double makes it a Triple, at the Triple's saving, exactly as checkout would price it. Under Design > Add-on settings > Add to my subscription you can reword every text, translate them, and set the card's look: outline or filled button, colours, corners, font, weight and size, with a preview of the card and the confirmation.

Offer countdowns are now set on each offer

The countdown under the offer title is now switched on per offer: in Offers, set an End date under Schedule and tick Show a countdown on the product page. Design > Add-on settings > Offer countdown still sets the countdown's words and colour for every offer.

Show other apps' order details in the customer portal

Product options and personalisation apps save their answers on the order, for example an engraving or a gift message, and Shopify keeps them on the subscription. Under Settings > Customer portal > Delivery and payment, Order details from other apps now chooses whether customers see them under Your details: all of them, only the names you list, or none, which is the default. They show read-only, under the name the other app gave them.

Improved Oct 8, 2026

Subscriptions in customer accounts match Shopify's Orders pages

The Subscriptions page in customer accounts now lists subscriptions the way Shopify's updated Orders page lists orders: a row of product thumbnails, the status, the next renewal date and what each order costs. The first action a customer can take sits on the subscription as a button and the rest are under a menu, which on a phone holds them all. The button that opens the menu is named by a new label, More actions, which you can reword under Settings > Customer portal > Labels. The top subscription is shown larger, as the latest order is. A subscription's own page follows Shopify's order page too: the next renewal reads like an order's status, the subscription option, shipping address, payment method, billing address and the customer's details sit in one card as labelled rows, each with its edit button, and past orders are listed the way the Orders page lists them.

New Oct 8, 2026

Sell offers in some markets only, with a discount per market

If you sell in more than one Shopify market, an offer can now be limited to some of them: turn on Markets in the offer's details and tick where it sells. Shoppers elsewhere do not see its subscription or bundle options, and checkout refuses its subscription options there with a message you can reword and translate. Each subscription option can also give a bigger percentage off in chosen markets, under Discount by market in its additional settings: for example 10% everywhere and 20% in Canada. The product page shows each shopper their market's price, checkout applies it, and it stays on every renewal.

Quick subscribe links: products and bundles, each on its own subscription or one-time

Grow > Quick subscribe links has a new page, laid out like Shopify's draft orders, with the link's name and description at the top. Under Products, add products one by one or click Bundle to add any of your bundle options, up to five, and mix the two. Each product and each bundle has its own purchase option: one-time, or one of the subscription options its offers sell it on, so one link can mix a monthly subscription with one-time extras. A quantity break or Buy X get Y needs only the product, a fixed bundle lets you pick each variant, and a box lets you choose exactly what goes in it, within its limits. The Payment card shows the subtotal, the bundle and subscription discounts and an estimated total. The link adds each bundle the way a shopper's click does, so the price, gifts and add-ons are exactly what the product page gives, then the other products, and goes straight to checkout. Discount codes, order properties, the order note and a customer's email and address carry over as before, and the email invitation is offered whenever the link starts a subscription.

Cart upsell: switch to a subscription from the cart

Under Design > Add-on settings, switch on Cart upsell. Products in the cart bought one time get a Subscribe and save button, with the saving of the product's subscription option. One click switches the line to a subscription without leaving the cart. It offers the same option the product page would, so options only sold in bundles, kept off the online store, free trials and prepaid options are never offered. Quantity breaks can switch too: the pack keeps its bundle discount with the subscription discount on top, the same price the product page charges for that pack on a subscription. Other bundles are left alone. Switch on Let shoppers choose the frequency and the button gets a dropdown of the product's subscription options beside it, each with its own saving. Let shoppers switch back to one-time gives subscription lines the way back, and the Style settings set the buttons' look (outline or filled, colours, corners, font, weight and size, and the dropdown's own text colour, with its arrow in the button colour). Gift subscriptions: let shoppers send a prepaid option as a gift

In Offers, open a subscription option's Prepaid subscription setting, tick One-off and then Shoppers can send it as a gift. Tick Always a gift too for an option sold only as gifts, with no toggle, or start from the new Gift subscription card when you create an offer. Gifting works with any subscription type, so a gift subscription box or a gift of rotating products is a setting away, and it is only offered on a one-off prepaid so the buyer pays once and is never charged again for someone else's subscription. On the product page, shoppers who pick that option see a Send as a gift toggle. Switched on, it asks for the recipient's email and, if you choose, their name and a gift message; nothing is asked of shoppers buying for themselves. Under Design > Add-on settings > Gift subscriptions choose the extra fields, reword them and set their look; the offer editor and Design previews show them. The gift is saved on the order and the subscription, shows in the cart, on the subscription page and in the buyer's customer portal, and works with bundle options. The recipient gets the new Gift received email once the subscription starts: it names the buyer, quotes the message and lists the products, with no prices or addresses. Edit or switch the email off under Settings > Notifications, and translate the texts under Settings > Translations.

Every subscription option now has a type, like bundle options do: Standard, Free trial, Starter then refills, Rotating products or Subscription box. Pick it when you create a subscription offer or add an option, and change it any time with Subscription type at the top of the option. The type's own settings show right under the discount. Rotating products ships the next step of your list with every order: either the same variant for everyone, or a product or colour that follows the size the customer chose. Drag the steps into the order they ship, and choose whether it starts again, stays on the last step or cancels. A subscription box ships a different selection every week or every month: click Set up boxes and pick the products for each box, as far ahead as you like, with quantities and per size if the box comes in sizes. The products are added to each subscription at no charge before its order, so they show on the order for packing and come out of your inventory. Show customers the box in their portal from a reveal date, or keep it a mystery until it arrives; a mystery box stays out of the portal and our emails. The option warns you when the current or next box has no products yet. Loyalty rewards and Change frequency after now sit in the option's additional settings.

Journeys: subscriptions that change as they go

Go to Grow > Journeys and start from a template or create your own in a full screen editor laid out like Shopify Flow. Choose when it runs (an order paid, a subscription started or renewed, paused, cancelled or restarted, a renewal payment failed, a product added, or the next order date changed), run it on every subscription or only on chosen subscription options, split it with conditions (customer tag, product, option, country, prepaid, value or order number) into a True and a False path, and add actions along each path: swap, add or remove products, add a discount for some orders, change the subscription option, rotate to the next product in the customer's size, change the subscription's discount, move the next order date, pause, give a free product or a gift card, start a loyalty flow by order number or by amount spent, or send a webhook event. Bundles are covered too: check whether a subscription has a bundle or how many items its bundles hold, swap a product inside a bundle at its bundle price, add one of your offers' bundle options, remove a bundle, or end a bundle's discount after some orders. Steps that change single products never break a bundle apart. Test it first on your own subscriptions: each step shows what it would do, and a test never changes anything. The editor saves as you go, and nothing reaches subscriptions until you click Turn on journey. Each journey's page shows its recent runs. In Offers, a subscription option's type and Additional settings add a free trial, a refill, rotating products, a frequency change or loyalty rewards in plain words, with no journey editor needed. Turn on Show its rewards to customers and a journey's discounts and rewards appear on the product page and in the customer portal, next to the option's loyalty rewards. In the app's chat you can also describe a journey and have it prepared for you to check and turn on. Free trials, refills after the first order, frequency changes after some orders and a bundle discount for the first orders, set in Offers, now run as journeys too, and open in the same editor, and a subscription option's discount can now change after some orders, as often as you like, for example 10% off the first 3 orders, 15% off from the 4th and 20% off from the 7th, right in its Offer discount; loyalty programs are journeys now: start one from the Loyalty rewards or Spend rewards template, set its rewards and conditions right in the step, and pick it on a subscription option in Offers or under Runs on in the journey. Your existing programs are listed in Journeys. A journey can also start a loyalty flow later or for some subscribers only, for example VIP customers from their third order; a subscription is on one loyalty flow at a time. Your existing trials, refills, frequency changes, bundle discounts and loyalty programs carry over unchanged.

It also tells you what will go wrong before a customer finds out. A market with shipping switched off says so, and a market that only has your subscription rates says that one-time orders can't ship there. Round prices to .95, .99 and other endings, per option

Round prices used to land on a whole amount for every option in an offer. Now each quantity break or Buy X Get Y option has its own setting, so you can round one option and leave the others exact. Open an offer, click Round prices on an option and choose where the total lands under Round to: a whole amount, an ending of .50, .90, .95 or .99, or every 10 or 5 cents. Then choose how it gets there under Round: To the nearest, Always down or Always up. Down charges a little less than the exact total, so customers get a slightly bigger discount. Up charges a little more, but never more than the items cost without the option. So a Buy 2 get 1 free option that comes to $79.92 can be charged $79.95, $79.90 or $80.00. The checkout, the cart and the widget on your product page all use the same price, and the preview in the offer editor shows it too. Offers that already use Round prices keep rounding to a whole amount until you change an option. As before, an option with no discount of its own, such as the single option, keeps its price. The Round the saved amount checkbox in an option's Savings chip is per option now too, so one option's chip can read Save $70 while another keeps its exact cents.

Each notification now says who made the change and, for a pause, resume or cancellation, the status before and after, and it separates when something happened from when we read the subscription. The subscription itself now includes the customer's name and language, its discounts, any properties on each line and which bundle a line belongs to. To see what an event looks like before you build on it, ask the API for a sample, and to check your endpoint end to end, choose Send test event from the menu beside it. The API is switched on per store, so contact support if you would like it.

Set subscription shipping rates without leaving the app

You can now set up subscription shipping completely inside the app. Open Settings > Shipping, pick a subscription shipping profile and add zones and shipping options the same way you would in Shopify: flat rates, rates by order amount or weight, free shipping, or carrier calculated rates with a handling fee. Choose which of your locations each profile ships from too, and if you add a new warehouse the profile shows it so you can add it in one click. Save once and your subscribers' renewals use the new rates. Each zone shows its country's flag, and a new Shipping options by market table lists, for each of your markets, the options subscription orders get at checkout and any countries the profile does not ship to yet. Click Add zone on a market to start a zone with exactly those countries. Like in Shopify, a location can have separate rates of its own, a zone warns you when it holds countries none of your markets sells to, and the offer picker shows each offer's name next to its subscription option. Shopify is moving shop shipping into Markets, and once your store switches, rates for app profiles can no longer be changed in Shopify's own settings, so this keeps your subscription shipping editable. Profiles you created in Shopify yourself are now listed as Managed in Shopify, with a link to edit them there, and Copy to the app recreates one as a subscription shipping profile with the same zones and rates so you can keep editing it after the move.

Start a subscription for any customer, even without a saved card

You no longer need a customer with a saved card to start a subscription from Subscriptions > Create subscription contract. Pick any customer, set up the products and schedule, and create it. If they have no saved payment method, Shopify emails them a secure link to add one to that subscription, with no sign in needed. Renewals are charged once they have added it. The subscription's page shows that no payment method is on file yet, and Send payment update email sends the link again if they lost it.

Add a free gift to one subscription option

Want a free gift only for your 6 month plan? Open the subscription option in Offers, click Free gift and turn it on. You get the same gift settings as on bundle options: add one or more gifts, give every gift or let customers choose some, let them pick the variant, and decide what happens when a gift is out of stock. Choose whether the gift comes with the first order only, a set number of orders, or every order. On the Lure, Aurora and Checkbox designs the gift shows under that option just like on a bundle option, and it is added at no charge from Add to cart and Buy it now alike.

Send your subscription emails from Klaviyo

Settings now has an Integrations page, and Klaviyo is on it. Paste a private API key from Klaviyo and every subscription event, such as a renewal, a failed payment or a cancellation, arrives in your account as a metric you can use as a flow trigger. Each event carries the subscription, its products, totals, next order date and a link to the customer portal, and bundle products say which bundle they belong to and whether they are a reward, so a flow can treat a free gift differently from the pack. You choose who sends each customer email: us, Klaviyo for all of them, or Klaviyo for the ones you tick. Send a test event first to build your flows before you switch, and the app asks you to confirm before it stops sending an email itself. Settings, Notifications shows Sent through Klaviyo beside each email that has moved, and if Klaviyo ever rejects an event we send that customer our own email so nobody is left with nothing. The API page now lives under Integrations too. Use a tool that is not on the list? Click Request an integration and tell us which one, straight from the page.

A free gift that is out of stock used to stop the whole option from being added to the cart. Each offer now has a When a gift is out of stock setting, found in the Free gifts settings of any bundle option. Show this option as sold out, the default, marks the option Sold out until the gift is back in stock. Skip the gift and still sell lets customers keep buying: the gift row reads Unavailable in place of Free, the gift is left out of the cart, and the option's saving no longer counts it. On options where customers choose their gifts, a gift that is out of stock cannot be picked. Gifts set to continue selling when out of stock are still added as normal.

Let your discount codes stack with bundle prices on Shopify Plus

Shopify normally gives each item in the cart only one product discount, so a customer who used a product discount code on a bundle lost either the code or the bundle price. On Shopify Plus that can now change. Go to Settings > Discount combinations, turn on stacking, and enter the tag you put on the codes that should stack, for example coupon. Then, in Shopify's Discounts page, add that tag to each code and allow discounts tagged supr-bundle on the same product. Only the codes you tag stack with bundle prices, and your codes still never stack with each other unless you allow it. The page only appears on Shopify Plus stores, since stacking on the same item is a Shopify Plus feature.

Ask Shopify Sidekick about your offers and subscriptions

Supr Bundle & Subscription App now works with Shopify Sidekick. Open Sidekick in your Shopify admin and ask about your store in your own words: which offers apply to a product, how many subscriptions are active and what your monthly recurring revenue is, how your bundles sold last month, why customers cancel or pause, which renewals failed and how to fix them, or how a customer's subscription looks. Ask why the widget is not showing on a product and Sidekick checks your app embed, payments, subscription limit and the product's offers for you. It can also find the right help article for any how-to question. Sidekick only reads your data: to change an offer or a subscription, follow its link into the app.

Bundle options show when they are sold out

Bundle options on your product pages now follow your Shopify inventory. When there is not enough stock to fill an option, for example a pack of 6 when only 4 are left, or a build your own box of 60 when your flavours add up to less, the option reads Sold out in place of its price and shoppers cannot select it. If the option that was selected by default is sold out, the next one that can be filled is selected instead. In a build your own bundle, if a shopper picks more of one item than you have, the add to cart and Buy it now buttons turn off and a message under the option tells them how many are left, until they change their picks. This applies to products that track inventory and stop selling when out of stock. You can reword both messages on the Design page under Labels, and translate them in Settings > Translations.

Your comment appears at the top of the timeline with your name and the time, and you can delete your own comments. Only you and other staff can see comments; customers never do. The next delivery card shows Reschedule subscription and Skip next order as buttons beside the date. When customers pick a product for their box, the list is sorted by product name, and numbers in names are read as numbers, so No. 7 comes before No. 17 and No. 103. Every button keeps its wording from Settings > Customer portal > Labels, so you can call it something like "Swap your perfumes", and your other languages stay under Settings > Translations.

A fresh look that matches the new Shopify admin

Supr Bundle & Subscription App has been rebuilt with Shopify's newest admin components, the same ones the Shopify admin now uses, and it follows the admin's new look. Page titles, back links and each page's main actions sit in the admin's own top bar. The Subscriptions and Offers lists work like your Orders list: pick a saved view from the menu beside the search field, click the search field to add filters such as status or next billing date, switch any filter between is and is not, save the result as a view, sort from the column headings, and scroll sideways when you show many columns. Choose and reorder the columns you see, Status included, and open a subscription's customer, items or total right from the list. Subscription options and bundle options are now called subscription options and bundle options, the name your customers already see. In the offer editor the preview takes half the page, the offer type sits right under the offer name, and each bundle option shows its subtitle, badge, text below and image beside its title, subscription only and free shipping at a glance, and its less used settings as switches under Additional settings; clicking or expanding one turns it on, and closing it leaves it on. The Offers list shows each offer's options in a column of its own. Feature requests are listed by popularity. A subscription's page is laid out like a Shopify order, with its details down the side, and creating or editing a subscription works like a draft order, with added, removed and updated products marked and the subscription's previous option, frequency and discount shown beside the new ones. Settings now opens on an overview of every settings area with a line on what each one covers; open one to change it and use the back arrow to return. Nothing you have set up has changed: offers, subscriptions, designs and settings carry over as they are.

Pause limits now apply, and flows speak your customers' language

The limits on a pause flow now do what they say. Max pause duration and Max pauses per year are checked in the customer portal, a customer who has reached the limit is told so instead of pausing again, and a subscription that has been paused for longer than allowed is resumed or cancelled as your flow says, with the advance warning email sent first. You can also turn off the final confirmation screen of a pause flow, or write your own confirmation message. Every text in your cancellation and pause flows, from the reasons to the counter offers and buttons, can now be translated under Settings, Translations, so customers see the flow in their own language. And under Settings, Customer portal, a new Apply discount codes option lets you hide the discount code field from the portal if you would rather customers did not enter codes on their subscriptions.

See which offers reach a product

On Offers you can now pick a product with Filter by product and see every offer that reaches it, whether through the product itself, a collection or All products. When more than one offer puts bundle options on that product, the list marks which one shoppers see and which one is hidden, because a product page shows one offer's bundle options at a time: the offer created first. The same check runs when you save or open an offer, so a bundle offer that overlaps another one now says so, names the other offer and tells you which one shows. Copying offers has changed too: each copy is now saved as a draft, so it no longer goes live on the same products as the original. Publish it when it is ready.

Choose whether widget and bundle prices show the currency code

Your subscription widget took the currency code from your theme and nowhere else, so turning it on or off meant changing it for your whole store, and your bundle options never showed it at all. On the Design page you now have a Currency code on prices setting. Same as theme is the default: the subscription widget keeps following your theme, and your bundle options now follow it too. Show always prints the code, for example $24.00 USD, and Hide never does, whatever your theme is set to. It applies to every price in the subscription widget and the bundle options, including the ones that change when a shopper picks another variant, bar or quantity. Savings such as "Save $5.00" stay without the code.

Connect your own systems with the new API

If you run a headless storefront, sync subscriptions into an ERP or a warehouse system, or just want a message when someone cancels, you can now do it from your own code. Under Settings, API, you create a token for each system you want to connect and choose what it may do, so a reporting tool can be given read access only while your fulfilment system is allowed to make changes. With it you can list subscriptions, pause, resume or cancel one, skip or unskip an order, move the next billing date, change the plan, and add, swap or remove products. Every change replies with the subscription as it now stands, so you never have to ask again straight afterwards, and you can safely retry a call that timed out without it happening twice. On the same page you can add a URL and pick the events you care about, and we will send it a message whenever one happens rather than you having to keep asking. Each message is signed so you can be sure it came from us, and one that does not get through is retried for about a day. While this is new we are switching it on store by store, so contact us and we will turn it on for yours. Every store starts on the standard call allowance, and if your integration needs more than that, ask us and we will raise it.

Renewals your customer's bank wants to confirm now get a link

Some banks ask the customer to approve a renewal before it goes through, usually as 3D Secure. Until now those renewals were emailed as a problem on our end, with nothing for the customer to do about it. They are now handled as what they are. The customer gets the failed payment email for a card issue, it says their bank needs to confirm the payment, and the button takes them straight to the bank's confirmation page for that charge. Cards that do not allow recurring charges ("Purchase type not supported") are treated the same way, so those customers get the email that asks them to update their card rather than one that tells them to wait. The new button reads "Confirm payment" and ships translated into every language the app supports; you can reword it, and the reason line shown to the customer, under Settings > Notifications and translate both under Settings > Translations. If you send your subscription emails through Klaviyo, the confirmation link arrives as a new authenticationUrl property on the event.

Answer customer data requests from Home

When a customer asks you for the personal data held about them and you send that request from the customer's page in your Shopify admin, Shopify passes it on to the apps you use. The app now gathers what it holds about that customer, such as their subscription history, and a banner on Home lets you download it as a file, with the date you should answer by. We also email you when a request arrives, without any of the customer's details. The file explains what the data is used for, who processes it and how long it is kept, so you can include it in your reply to the customer as it is, alongside the data Shopify sends you. When the app holds nothing about the customer, there is nothing for you to do.

Open an offer, find the single bar under Bundle options and click Make default: the product page opens on one item, and shoppers still pick a bigger pack whenever they want the saving. Customers can add to their bundle box from the portal

When a build your own bundle option lets customers choose how many items go in the box, for example anywhere from 1 to 8, the box editor in the customer portal now lets them change that after they subscribe. Each item has a count they can raise or lower, and Add an item puts another product from the bar's pool in the box. Taking an item down to zero removes it. The box total updates as they go, and on a bar with tiered discounts they see the step they have reached and how many more items unlock the next one, for example Add 2 more to save 25%. The new price applies from their next delivery once they save, and a box trimmed to a single flavour still keeps its Edit box action so they can add more later. Boxes of a fixed size work as before, with Change on each item and a choice of box sizes. Box editing is switched on under Settings, Customer portal, and every new line in the editor can be reworded and translated with the rest of the portal's labels.

Build-a-box discounts that grow as the box fills

A build your own bundle option can now carry tiered discounts. Open an offer, expand a build your own bundle option and add steps under Tiered discounts, for example 10% off at 2 items, 20% at 4 and 25% at 6. Every item in the box counts toward a step, whatever product or flavour it is, so a shopper who picks 5 of one flavour and 1 of another gets the 6 item price without choosing a box size first. Shoppers see it as they build: until the box reaches a step the bar reads "Save up to 25%", the price updates with every item added, and a line under the box says how many more items unlock the next discount. Checkout charges exactly the step the box reached, on one-time orders and on subscriptions, and a box a customer edits from the customer portal is priced at the step it lands on. Tiered discounts work with a Percentage off box price, and the bar's own discount applies until the first step is reached. The two new lines are yours to reword under Design > Labels and to translate under Settings > Translations, and they ship translated into every language the app supports.

Customers can edit their own bundle boxes

A customer with a build your own bundle subscription can now open their box in the customer portal and change it themselves. They can swap any item for another product from the pool you chose for that bar, and where your offer has more than one build your own bundle option, move between sizes: a 3 item box becomes a 4 item box, with the extra slot left for them to fill. The picker has a search box, so a large pool stays usable, and it marks anything already in their box. Until now a box was fixed once it was bought: the only thing a customer could do was remove the whole thing, and every change meant a support request or an edit you made by hand on the contract. The box is priced against your offer as it stands today rather than as it stood when they bought it, so the editor always shows the new box total before anything is saved, with the old total beside it when the two differ, and nothing is written until the customer confirms. Changes apply from their next delivery. This is off until you switch it on, under Settings, Customer portal, because a box moves onto your current prices when a customer edits it. Some boxes are deliberately left alone and show no editor: one whose bar you have deleted, unpublished or ended, one on a bar that carries free gifts or add-ons, and subscriptions that are prepaid, paused, cancelled, inside their minimum number of orders, or billing in a currency other than your store's own. Those keep renewing exactly as they always have.

The one-time purchase wording is now written on the offer

The line under the one-time purchase option, and the up to three benefit lines with it, used to be one setting for your whole store, so whichever offer you saved last took over all of them. They are written on the offer now: open an offer, expand the one-time purchase row, and the name, the description and the benefit lines are all there, next to the subscription options they compete with. Each product shows the wording of the offer selling it, so you can point out what a one-time purchase does not come with on one offer and say something else entirely on another. Because the wording belongs to the offer, the store-wide "One-time purchase description" and "One-time purchase benefit" fields have been removed from Design, Labels, and whatever your store was showing has been copied onto every offer that had no wording of its own, so your product pages read exactly as they did. The one-time option's name still works the other way around: write one on the offer or leave it blank to use your store-wide wording. Each offer's lines are translatable on their own, under Settings, Translations, Bundles, in that offer's own group.

Choose your sender, and authenticate your own domain

Settings, Notifications now starts with a simple choice: send from us, which needs no setup at all, or send from your own address. If you pick your own, saving the address hands you the DNS records for your domain straight away, instead of asking us for them. The page lists the exact records to add at your DNS provider, with a copy button on each, and tells you which ones it can already see. As you add them, each record is ticked off the moment we can see it in your DNS, and the domain is marked Authenticated once inbox providers confirm it, usually within the hour. You get three signing records, a bounce address on your own domain so delivery reports come back to you, and a suggested DMARC policy if you do not have one yet. This matters because confirming a single address by email was never enough to be trusted: your emails still went out signed by our mail servers, so inbox providers could not tell them apart from a forgery, and stores with a strict DMARC policy had their subscription emails junked or refused. That is why confirming one address at a time is being retired. If you already send from a confirmed address, nothing changes and your emails keep going out, though we now recommend authenticating the domain. Once a domain is authenticated, any address on it works as a sender straight away. The address has to be on a domain connected to your store, so you now type only the part before the @ and pick the domain beside it, and if your store still only has its .myshopify.com address the option is shown but cannot be used until you connect your own domain in Shopify.

Each offer keeps its own one-time purchase description

The description under the one-time purchase option was one setting for your whole store, so if you ran two offers and gave them different wording, whichever you saved last took over both. Each offer now keeps its own line, and your product pages show the wording that belongs to the offer selling that product. An offer where you deliberately cleared the line now shows none instead of borrowing another offer's. The one-time option's name already worked this way, so the two now match.

The app has a new name: Supr Bundle & Subscription App, usually shortened to Supr Bundle & Subscription App, or simply Supr. You will see it across the app, in the emails we send on your behalf, on the switch in your theme editor, and in the small Powered by line on your product page, which now reads Powered by Supr. Your two automatic discounts are renamed to Supr Bundle Pricing and Supr Bundle Block Pricing the next time an offer is saved, and they keep working right through the change: the same discount stays in place, so nothing needs to be rebuilt and no cart is repriced. Orders you have already taken keep the discount name they were placed with, so your reports still add up. There is nothing for you to do.

Turning the widget on is now a single switch

Enable widget used to ask you to drop a block onto your product template, which only works on newer themes and only in sections that accept app blocks. It now switches on Supr Bundle & Subscriptions in your theme instead. That works on every theme, it is one switch rather than a block you have to place in the right spot, and the widget positions itself next to your add to cart button. In your theme editor the switch is now named Supr Bundle & Subscriptions, where it used to read Subscriptions (1.0 themes only). If you already added the block to your product page, nothing changes: it keeps rendering, and your setup already counts as done. The setup steps also fit what you sell. The customer portal step, which is only about subscribers managing their own subscriptions, is now shown once you have a subscription offer, so a store selling bundles as one-time purchases is no longer asked to set one up, and the widget step is named for what you sell.

Start a new offer from a ready-made bundle

Create offer now walks you through two short steps before the editor opens. First pick Subscription, Bundle, or Bundle + Subscription, each shown as a live preview of the widget your customers will see. If you picked a bundle, you then choose a starting point: quantity breaks, free shipping on bigger orders, multipacks, buy one get one free, buy 2 get 1 half price, a fixed bundle, build your own bundle, a free gift on bigger orders, or an add-on customers can tick on. The gift and the add-on open with the product left for you to pick, and stay off your storefront until you pick it. Every card is drawn in your own widget style, and you can try different colors, gradients and layouts right there and watch every card change. Colors and layout are shared by all your widgets, so they are saved for your whole store when you pick a bundle type. Failed renewals now tell you exactly how to fix them

It also shows the reason Shopify gave, when there is one. For card problems, such as a declined or expired card or a card that does not allow recurring payments, the Update payment method button now lets you switch to another card the customer saved or emails them a secure link to enter a new one. Other errors get the button that fixes them, such as your payment or shipping settings. A Learn more link opens the help article for that exact error.

Build-a-box bars now open full, and customers swap items with Change

Build-a-box bars used to open empty and ask every customer to fill the whole box before they could buy, with every product in the set listed down the bar. Now you choose the starting items for each set in the offer editor, and the box shows up already full, with its price, so a customer who likes your selection adds it to the cart in one tap. In a set of more than six products, each item in the box has a Change button. It opens a short product list with a picture of each product, its price with the bundle discount already applied beside the normal price crossed out, a choice of variant, and a Choose button that swaps the item and closes the list. Long sets no longer push your add to cart button down the page, because the products only appear in that list. Sets of six products or fewer keep their product cards on the bar, with your starting items already picked. Leave a slot without a starting item and it shows Choose instead, for anything you want customers to pick themselves. There is also a new switch on each set: Let customers pick the same product more than once. Turn it off and each product can only go in the box once, and the list marks the ones already in it. Change, Choose, the list heading and every other word on the box are yours to reword under Design > Labels, and they translate into your other languages like every other label. Existing build-a-box bars keep their products; add starting items to them in the offer editor so they open full too.

Rewards and free gifts covers the Buy X Get Y reward headings, the free gift headings, and the Free shown in place of a price on a reward, a gift or an add-on. Build-a-box products you are not selling now say so

Shoppers can only buy what your store is selling, so a product that is a draft, archived, or not on your Online Store can't go into a box. Until now its card still showed in a build-a-box or a Buy X Get Y reward and simply ignored every tap, which made the whole box look broken. That card is now greyed out and reads Unavailable, so shoppers can see why and pick something else. In the offer editor, each product like that gets a short red note under its name saying why it can't be sold and what to change, for example setting a draft to Active. Shopify saves a duplicated product as a draft, so a box built from copies needs them set to Active. The word Unavailable is yours to change under Design > Labels, and it translates like every other label. A product with no image now shows its name on its own rather than a broken picture.

A thicker edge on the bar a customer picks

The row a customer has picked can now carry a thicker edge down its left side, so the choice reads at a glance from across the page rather than only from the outline. There are two switches, one for the subscription options and one for the bundle options, both under Design in the Elements list, so you can put it on one widget, the other, or both. It is off everywhere until you turn it on: if you like your widgets as they are, there is nothing to do and nothing will move. On a store using a gradient the edge carries the blend along with the rest of the outline, and it grows as the row is chosen rather than jumping, so picking a bar still reads as one movement.

One highlight across your subscription options and bundle options

A shopper choosing a subscription option and a shopper choosing a bundle option were being shown two different things. The chosen bundle option took a light tint of your colour with a thick edge down its left side, while the chosen subscription option, depending on which design you had published, took a dark slab, a plain outline, or a tint mixed to a slightly different shade. They are one object on the page, so they are now drawn from one number: the same tint, the same left edge, and on a store with a gradient the same blend flowing along the edge and the outline together rather than two animations drifting against each other. The Panel design changes the most. Its chosen subscription option used to fill nearly black with white text on it; it is now the same light tint your bundle options use, with your ordinary dark text on top. If you had picked your own Background active colour, or your own colours for the chosen subscription option's name and price, those are still yours and are left alone. Everything else is a starting point rather than a change to what you have set. On the Aurora design, a new store starts with the price and the offer name at 16px bold and the description in grey. A bundle option's heading starts at 16px. And the subscription discount badge now reads the way the bundle badge already did, as Save 10% rather than -10%, with both shown in capitals. Any wording, size or colour you have set yourself is untouched.

Your theme's own colour palette, on the Design page

Newer themes publish a colour palette rather than a set of colour schemes, and until now the Colours section of the Design page had nothing to show those stores: the only real answer left was to mix a colour by hand. Those themes now get two rows of their own, drawn in the theme's own colours. Main colour is what your widgets are drawn in, the chosen option, the borders, the radios, the badges and your wording, which follows the main colour so there is nothing extra to set. Background is the card behind it. Because a colour cannot be both, picking one that the other row is already using simply swaps the two, so reversing a light-on-dark pair is one click rather than three. Both start out chosen for you, the first colour in your palette as the main and the second as the background, so your widgets match your theme before you touch anything. Everything else is unchanged: on a theme with colour schemes you still pick a scheme, and picking one of the ordinary colours is still a single colour with the surface left to your theme. A very light brand colour is now handled properly too. A cream, a pale grey or an off white used to be darkened until it could be seen on the widget's white card, which quietly gave you back a colour you had not chosen. The widget now turns round instead: the card darkens to a deep shade of your own colour, and your borders, radios and text keep the colour at full strength on top of it. Pick a background of your own and that is used instead, and going back to an ordinary colour puts the white card back. On a theme that publishes neither colour schemes nor a palette, an older Dawn among them, the theme's own rows simply step aside: picking one colour, or a gradient, is always yours to do and never depends on what your theme publishes.

Move a prepaid delivery and the rest of the schedule follows

A customer going away for a fortnight used to mean rescheduling their prepaid deliveries one by one, and if two ended up on the same date Shopify quietly combined them into a single shipment, leaving the customer one delivery short. Open a prepaid subscription, press Reschedule on any upcoming delivery, and you will now see Reschedule the deliveries after this one too, ticked by default. Pick the new date and the rest of the batch is rebuilt from it at the subscription's delivery frequency: move a monthly delivery to 10 April and the ones after it land on 10 May, 10 June, and so on, so a batch of six stays a batch of six on dates you can predict. Untick the box if you only want to move that single delivery, and the calendar then greys out any date that would put two deliveries on the same day.

Subscription portal texts are now fully editable

The subscription portal has always shipped translated into your customers' language, but its wording was ours, not yours. If you call a subscription a Regular Package, or a delivery schedule a rhythm, there was no way to say so: the Translations page only ever offers your store's other languages, so a store selling in a single language had nothing to edit at all. That is fixed. Open Settings, Translations, Subscription portal, and your default language is now in the Language dropdown, marked (default). Every line a customer reads is listed there: the page titles, the status wording, the buttons, the delivery and billing lines, the modals and their confirmation messages. Change any of them and your customers see your words on their next visit. This works on a single-language store, where Subscription portal is now the one row you can always open. Two things to know. The menus Shopify itself draws around the portal, such as More actions, come from Shopify's own translations and are not listed. And if you sell in several languages, those are still edited exactly as before, from the same page.

Sell subscriptions from any page, not just the product page

Until now the subscription widget could only be placed on a product page or your home page, because those were the only two places the theme editor offered it. That is a problem if the thing you are selling is a membership, a subscription box, or anything else a shopper is meant to buy from a page that is not its own product page: you could promote it wherever you liked, but the shopper still had to be sent to the product page to actually subscribe. From today the block is offered everywhere your theme accepts app blocks. In your theme editor, open the page you want, add a section that shows one product (most themes call it Featured product), then Add block, Apps, Subscriptions + Bundles. Away from a product page the block cannot guess which product you mean, so open it and set its Product, and your bars, prices and design appear exactly as they do on the product page. If you leave it unset, the theme editor tells you so rather than showing an empty space. You can place more than one on the same page. Put two products side by side and each keeps its own plans, its own bundle options and its own prices: picking a subscription on one leaves the other exactly where it was, and each product's add to cart button carries the plan the shopper chose for that product. The widget also keeps to itself around everything else on the page. On a collection page with quick add buttons, the subscription you set up for a featured product no longer reaches the other products' add to cart buttons, and the prices in your product grid are left alone.

The quantity picker now picks the bundle option for you

Your bundle options set the quantity a shopper buys, but some themes keep their own quantity picker on the product page next to them. A shopper who used that picker was left with a mismatch: the picker said 4, the bars still had 1 selected, and nothing on the page connected the two. Now the two move together. Set the picker to a number and the bar that quantity has earned is selected for you, always the best one it reaches, so 4 lands on your buy 3 bar and going back down to 1 lands on your 1 unit bar. The shopper's own number is kept, so asking for 4 buys 4 rather than snapping down to the size of the bar. Bars that are not volume breaks are left alone on purpose: a fixed bundle, a build your own bundle, or a buy X get Y bar is a set of items the picker does not describe, so when a shopper has chosen one of those, changing the quantity leaves their choice where it is. Nothing to set up, it applies to every quantity break bundle you already have.

Stack your crossed out price above the price, from the Design page

Whether the crossed out price sits beside the discounted price or above it used to be buried in each design's own editor, which is not somewhere you can reach from the Design page. It is now a control on the Crossed out price row, in Elements, under that row's size and weight, with the gap between the two prices beside it. Pick Side by side to keep both prices on one line, or Stacked to put the crossed out price on its own line above the current one, with the pair aligned to the end of the row. The Gap sets the space between them either way, so a stacked pair can sit as tight or as loose as your widget needs. Every design that prints both prices has the controls, and each design keeps its own answer, so setting them on the design you publish leaves the others as they were. The Checkbox design now starts on Stacked with a 2px gap, which suits the single line it prints its prices on. If your store already uses Checkbox, nothing moves: it keeps the layout and gap it has until you change them on that row. The benefits list's own spacing field is called Gap now too, and sits at the end of its row rather than in front of the size and weight, so the two rows ask the same question the same way.

Why the cart can charge a different price than your bundle options

Shopify never adds two product discounts together on the same cart line. If a line qualifies for your bundle option and for another automatic discount as well, Shopify charges whichever of the two is bigger and ignores the other. That means one leftover automatic discount, usually from a discount or bundle app you tried before, can take over your bundle pricing: the product page shows the price you set, and the cart charges something else. The two agree wherever the two discounts happen to match, so one pack size can look correct while another is wrong. To find it, add the bundle to the cart and look at the discount name under the line at checkout, then check your active automatic discounts in Shopify's Discounts page and pause or delete the ones you are not using. Leave your own two discounts, Supr Bundle Pricing and Supr Bundle Block Pricing, in place. Also in this release: only one bundle option can be pre-selected. Duplicating a bar used to copy its default flag, which left two or three bars badged Default in the editor with no way to tell which one your storefront would open on.

Discounted prices now match your theme's own styling

Your product page price has always updated when a shopper chooses a subscription or a bundle. This release is about how that looks and how consistently it behaves. Where your theme knows how to display a sale, the app now puts your theme into that state and fills in your theme's own price and crossed-out price. The fonts, sizes, colours and spacing come from your theme rather than from us, so a subscription or bundle discount reads as a markdown you set yourself. Where a theme styles its sales differently, the crossed-out price is built from your theme's own price, so it still matches your type and colour, with a plain line through it and nothing invented. There is one deliberate exception. If your theme shows a Sale badge beside the price, a subscription or bundle discount will not switch it on, because the product itself is not marked down and we did not want to claim otherwise. If you have genuinely put a product on sale, that badge appears exactly as it always has, on both the one-time and the subscription price. Alongside the styling, the prices are steadier. They hold their place when your theme redraws the price, for example after a shopper changes variant, and they behave consistently across a wide range of themes. If you would rather your theme price stayed fixed, the Update product page prices setting on the Design page still turns everything here off, and that setting is unchanged. Nothing about your offers, your prices or your subscribers is affected.

A new unified design experience for bundles and subscriptions

Until now your subscription widget and your bundle options were styled separately, design by design, each on a page of its own. Keeping them looking like one thing meant making every decision twice, and trying a different design meant starting over. From today they share one set of controls on the Design page. That is the unified widget experience, and it is a breaking change to how your widgets are styled, so it is worth knowing what to expect. Nothing about your store changes on its own. Your settings are exactly where they were and your product pages are untouched until you decide to alter something. The change happens the first time you save on the Design page: because that page writes one value across every design at once, your colours, roundness and spacing apply everywhere rather than to the single design you are looking at. We ask before that first save and explain what it will do, and before anything is applied we save a copy of how your widgets look right now. That copy does not expire. A Restore previous design button then sits at the bottom of the Design page and stays there, so you can go back exactly as you were, however long ago that was, and restyle and restore again as often as you like. And once you have saved a design of your own, a Reset to default button appears at the top of the Design section, which puts your colours, shape, spacing and wording back to the way the app ships them on every design at once. It does not save on the click: the defaults go straight into the preview so you can see them, and Save keeps them while Discard puts your own look back. What you get in return is a store that is far quicker to style. One style covers every design, so your subscription widget and your bundle options always match on the product page. Changing design is easy, because your look carries across all of them and you never restyle from scratch. There is much more control than the old editor offered: every element has a row of its own with its colour, size and weight, there are four badge shapes to choose from, and all of your customer-facing wording sits in one place, including the delivery frequency suffixes, the price per unit and the option row, which used to be reachable only on certain designs. And a live preview of your real product page shows both widgets stacked the way a shopper sees them, so you can try things before you save. The per-design editor is now closed. Two designs keep an editor of their own, because they are written in HTML and CSS rather than assembled from settings: the Custom subscription design and the Custom bundle layout, both of which our team builds for you. Your offers, your prices and your subscribers are not affected.

Keep bundle discounts off your wholesale orders

Bundle options can be bought one time as well as on subscription, so until now their discounts also applied to B2B orders. That is rarely what you want: your company customers already buy at their own catalog price, so a quantity break on top of it is a second discount, and it was easy to miss because it only shows up in the cart and at checkout. Every bundle option now has a Hide for B2B customers setting in its advanced settings. Leave it off and nothing changes. Turn it on and that bar is hidden from B2B shoppers on the product page, and its discount, including any free shipping it grants, is no longer applied to their cart or at checkout. Everyone shopping your regular storefront keeps seeing the bar exactly as before. Because it is set per bar rather than per offer, you can hide just your deepest tier from wholesale and leave the smaller ones for everyone: a B2B customer who buys enough for a hidden bar simply gets the best bar you did leave visible, instead of losing the offer entirely. If every bar in an offer is hidden, B2B shoppers see no bundle option on that product at all. Worth knowing if you have tried this before: hiding the app embed or removing the widget for a market does not stop the discount, because Shopify applies it at checkout rather than from the widget on the page. This setting is the one that does.

Show the saving on your add to cart button

The add to cart button can now say what the subscription is worth. Under Design > Add ons > Add to cart button text you can use four variables: {{ subscription_savings_amount }} for the money saved, {{ subscription_discount_value }} for the discount itself as a percentage or an amount, and {{ subscription_full_amount }} and {{ subscription_discounted_amount }} for the price before and after. So 'Subscribe and save {{ subscription_savings_amount }}' becomes 'Subscribe and save £5.00', and it updates as the customer changes quantity, variant or plan. Every notification now also has an 'Email me a copy' switch on its own page under Settings > Notifications, which sends you the same email your customer receives, at your shop's contact address. Use it to hear about cancellations, pauses or subscription changes as they happen. It is off until you turn it on, and it works the same wherever the change came from, the customer portal or your admin. We also fixed two things worth knowing about: text you had typed into the widget's Labels fields could be silently ignored on your storefront, and the subscription badge had stopped showing its discount.

Widget headings now use your theme's heading font

Most themes set two fonts: one for headings and one for body text. The widget and bundle options used the body font throughout, so their titles sat in a different face from every other heading on the product page and the block could read as something bolted on. Titles now follow your theme's heading font: the bundle block title, each bar's title, and the name of each purchase option. Prices, descriptions, savings text and everything else stay on the body font, the same split your theme makes. There is nothing to turn on, it follows whatever you have set under your theme's typography settings, and themes that do not define a separate heading font are unchanged. We also fixed the frequency dropdown, which was rendering in the browser's own font rather than your theme's, since dropdowns do not inherit a page font on their own.

Free gifts now show what they are worth

A free gift is only persuasive if the customer can see what it is worth, so gift rows now carry a price. Each gift sits at the bottom of its bundle option with the product's image and name on the left and a price column on the right, showing the gift's normal price struck through over the word Free. That matches how the products and add-ons above it are priced, so the whole bar reads as one list and the gift stops looking like a footnote. The struck-through figure is read live from your storefront, so it is always the real price in the customer's own currency, and it follows the variant when the gift has several to pick from. The word Free is yours to change under Design > Bundle widget > Labels and is translatable into every language you sell in, and gift names come from the products themselves so they follow your Shopify translations. Gift rows previously read 'Free gift: product name' with no price; they now name the product on its own, since the price column already says the gift is free.

Roll out a new shipping rate in a couple of clicks

Changing what your subscribers pay for delivery now takes two steps. Tick the results and use the bulk Update shipping price action to move the whole group to the new rate in one go. It is the quick way to give a group free shipping as a perk, pass on a carrier rate change, or bring older subscriptions onto your current shipping policy. The filter combines with all the others, so you can be as precise as one product, one status, or the renewals coming up this week, save the result as a view to reuse whenever your rates change, and export exactly what you filtered.

Sell a starter product, then keep sending refills

Some products are bought once and refilled forever: a kit with the bottle, a machine with its pods, a starter pack with its pouches. You can now sell that as a single subscription. On any subscription option, open advanced settings, turn on 'Switch to a refill after the first order', pick the refill product and set the price it costs from the second order on. Customers buy the starter product on the product page as usual, and Shopify's checkout shows both prices, what they pay today and what each renewal will be, so the change is agreed before they pay. Their first order ships the starter product, and from then on their subscription shows the refill product at the refill price and every renewal bills and ships the refill. The refill needs to exist as a normal product with stock, but it does not need an offer of its own, so you can keep it out of your catalog and sell it only to subscribers.

Choose which bundle options each subscription option applies to

You can now decide where each of your subscription options is offered. Open an offer, expand a subscription option, and turn on "Restrict to specific bundle options" to pick exactly which bundle options it applies to, so you can do things like offering your best subscription discount on the three-pack only. Leave it off and the bar is offered on every bundle option, as before. This works with bundle options of every kind (quantity break, Buy X Get Y, product group, and mix-and-match build-a-box). You can still make a bundle option subscription only, which hides the one-time option while that bar is selected. The widget and the editor preview both follow your setup: as the shopper switches between bundle options, the subscription options that bundle does not offer are hidden, so they only ever see choices they can actually pick.

Build-a-box tells shoppers what is missing, and the cart slides out

Two changes to bundle options that were quietly costing you conversions. First, when a build-a-box (or Buy X Get Y) bar has a minimum and the customer presses Add to cart before reaching it, they now get a message under the choices telling them how many more they need, and the picker is outlined so it is obvious where to look. Until now the only hint was the small counter in the group heading, which is easy to miss and which many stores hide with custom styling, so the button simply appeared to do nothing and the shopper gave up. You can reword the message under Widget, Bundle widget, Labels, using {min} for the minimum, {remaining} for how many more are still needed, {count} for how many are picked so far, and {max} for the limit, and translate it for your other languages under Settings, Translations, Bundles. Second, adding a bundle to the cart now opens your theme's own cart drawer, the same slide-out your normal Add to cart button uses, instead of loading the cart page. That works across themes now, including the newer ones like Horizon, where bundle adds used to always jump to the cart page and pull shoppers out of the flow. It applies to every kind of bundle option, including build-a-box, Buy X Get Y, multi-product bars and bars with free gifts. Buy it now and the "skip the cart" setting still go straight to checkout, and on a theme with no cart drawer nothing changes.

New Jul 27, 2026

Let shoppers pick their own free gifts

Free gifts on a bundle option used to be all or nothing: whatever you added was dropped into the cart automatically. You can now hand the choice to your customer. Open an offer, expand a bar's Free gifts section, and set how gifts are given to "Let the customer choose", then say how many gifts they pick. Add as many gift options as you like above that number, and the bar shows them as a tappable list on your product page, headed with a prompt like "Choose 2 free gifts", each one tagged Free. Nothing is chosen for them, so the whole list reads at full strength while they make up their mind; once they have used their full allowance the remaining options grey out until they drop one, so they never end up with more gifts than you are giving away. Only the gifts they picked go into the cart, at no charge, and the bar's savings figure follows their choice. Each gift is a product rather than a single variant: the row is named after the product, and when that product comes in several variants the customer picks the one they want from a dropdown on the row, so one gift covers all five scents instead of cluttering the list with five entries. Gift names follow your Shopify product translations, so shoppers see them in their own language with nothing extra to write. Every gift also keeps its quantity and the choice between arriving with the first order only or with every renewal. Free gift rows also lose their amber tint for a neutral grey that sits more quietly under any theme, and if you picked your own gift colours under Widget they are left exactly as you set them. The prompt customers see is translatable under Settings, Translations, Bundle blocks, so shoppers read it in their own language.

The Analog widget style has been retired

We have retired the Analog widget style. It was the least used of the styles we offer and it was taking up room we need for new widget features, so keeping it going was slowing down work that benefits everyone. If your store was showing Analog, your product pages now show the Classic widget instead, using your Classic settings. Nothing breaks and no orders or subscriptions are affected. Analog no longer appears in the widget picker, and if you had bookmarked its editor that link now opens the Classic editor. Sell the one-time option on its own terms

Until now only your subscription options could carry a description and benefits, so the one-time option sat there as a bare price. You can now give it copy of its own. Open Widget, pick the widget you use, and on the Labels tab you will find a one-time purchase description plus three benefit lines. Each line picks its own icon, using the same three checkmark styles your subscription benefits already offer (circle, simple, badge), each with a matching cross. The cross is the interesting one, because it lets you list what buying once does not include ("No subscriber discount") right next to what it does, and those lines are shown in a muted colour so the contrast reads at a glance. You can also use your own icon on any line: pick Custom icon and paste an SVG or an image URL. All of this is also editable straight from an offer: open the offer and the one-time purchase bar now carries its description and benefits, so you can write them next to the subscription options they are competing with. Fill in what you want and leave anything blank to hide it. Every widget style with a visible one-time option supports it: Classic, Classic+, Panel, Blobs, Dropdown+, Dropdown tabs, Radio tabs, Lure, Neon, and Aurora. The Dropdown style is the exception, as its one-time option is a plain dropdown entry with no room for extra text, and the Checkbox style has no separate one-time option at all. All of the new text is translatable under Settings, Translations, Widgets, so shoppers in every language read it in their own.

Every filter on the list works, including status, next billing date, subscription option, product, customer, discount, delivery type, payment method status, inventory level, channel, and last payment error. Exporting a handful of ticked subscriptions is ready almost immediately, filtered exports are smaller and faster to prepare, and each kind of export downloads under its own file name so they are easy to tell apart. Introducing the delivery date picker

The delivery date picker is here. Add it to your product page and customers can choose the date they want their order delivered, on subscriptions, one-time purchases, and bundle offers alike. You stay in control of which dates are available: set the days of the week you deliver, a processing lead time, an order cutoff time (with time zone), specific blocked dates, and how far ahead the first delivery can be booked. The chosen date carries onto the order and, for subscriptions, sets up the ongoing schedule; for one-time and bundle orders it shows under a clear "Delivery date" label. All of the customer-facing labels are translatable and note by default that dates are estimated. You can also style the picker to match your storefront: set its own roundness, border width, border and text color, padding, and font size and weight, or leave any of them blank to inherit your global widget design. If the date picker is enabled, everything above works automatically.

Automatic win-back emails for cancelled and paused subscriptions

Your retention flows now follow up for you. When a customer cancels, your cancellation flow can send win-back emails 14, 30, and 60 days later inviting them back. On the 30 and 60-day emails you can attach a welcome-back offer: a single-order discount (a percentage or a fixed amount off their next order). We create the discount code for you, spell out the exact savings in the email, and apply the code automatically at checkout, so the offer they see is exactly what they get. Set it up under Grow, Cancellation flows, in the win-back emails section, and pick the discount type and amount. Pause flows also send their scheduled reminders and resume warnings automatically on the same daily schedule. You stay in control: each email only sends for the steps you have enabled in a flow, and every customer only receives each email once.

New bundle types: product groups, build-a-box, and Buy X Get Y

Your bundle options are no longer limited to buying more of one product. In the Offers builder you can now add three new kinds of bar. A product-group bar sells a fixed set of different products together at one bundle price, each with its own variant picker. A mix-and-match build-a-box bar lets the shopper fill one or more groups from pools you choose, with a minimum and maximum per group, and you can pin the current product into every box. A Buy X Get Y bar sells the current product and lets the shopper get more items free or discounted, choosing their reward from the same product, a specific set you pick, or the offer's own products. Prices stay accurate everywhere: the widget, the editor preview, the cart, and the checkout match to the penny, and a fixed price is applied as the whole-pack price you set (a "2 for $30" bar charges $30). Discounts only apply while the bundle is complete, so removing an item, missing a group's minimum, or swapping in a cheaper product no longer keeps the deal, and when a customer subscribes to a bundle it shows grouped under the bundle in their subscription portal. Everything works for one-time purchases and, when you allow it, for subscriptions.

Add-on and gift prices display in the shopper's own currency, so what they see matches the cart and checkout. Add-ons and gifts work alongside the bar's own discount, so a shopper can take the deal and the extra in one tap.

A redesigned app: build Offers and Grow your subscriptions

This is a ground-up redesign of how you set up and grow what you sell. Subscription options and bundles are now unified as Offers: one list for everything you offer, and one builder page where you choose whether an offer is a subscription, a bundle, or both at once, edit every option inline, reorder with drag and drop, and see a live storefront preview of the real widgets as you work. Every advanced setting (prepaid plans, subscription duration, customer eligibility, minimum quantity, active-subscription limits, plan benefits, free gifts) is a simple toggle that reveals its options. Alongside it, a new Grow section brings together the tools that raise order value and keep customers subscribed for longer: upsells and cross-sells, saveable quick subscribe links (now with their own discount code, order note, and custom order properties), loyalty and rewards, cancellation flows, and pause flows, each showing at a glance whether it's already live. The menu has been streamlined to match, with Offers, Grow, and Design giving each part of the app a clearer home.

Preview: manage subscriptions and bundles together under Offers

We're previewing a new way to set up what you sell. The new Offers list brings subscription options and bundles into one place, so you no longer jump between separate sections to see everything you offer. Creating an offer happens on a single builder page where you choose whether it's a subscription, a bundle, or both at once, with a live storefront preview of the real widgets alongside as you work (and both widgets shown together when an offer has both). Editing is inline: each subscription option and each bundle option opens right where it sits, drag to reorder, and every optional setting (prepaid plans, subscription duration, customer eligibility, minimum purchase quantity, active-subscription limits, plan benefits) is switched on with a simple toggle that reveals its options. To keep the menu clearer, the "Widget" section is now called "Design", where all storefront styling lives. This is an early preview to gather your feedback before it replaces the current setup.

Add free gifts or free shipping to any bundle option

You can now attach one or more free gifts and/or free shipping to any bundle option, whether it's a quantity break or a Buy X Get Y deal. Pick the gift products on the bar and they're added to the shopper's cart and come through free at checkout, with their value included in the savings shown on the bar, so an offer like "Buy 3, get 6 free, plus a free gift" looks as good as it really is. For subscription bundles, each gift can be set to "first order only" or "every order", so a recurring gift comes through free on every renewal automatically. Turn on free shipping for a bar and shoppers who choose it get their shipping waived at checkout, shown right on the deal. The gift and free shipping badges come ready-styled out of the box (a warm gift badge and a green free shipping badge), and you can recolor them in the Bundle widget settings to match your brand for both the normal and the selected bar. It's an easy way to lift average order value and make your best bundle the obvious choice.

New Jun 26, 2026

Subscription-only bundle options

You can now make any bar in a bundle subscription-only. Turn on 'Subscription only' for a bar in the bundle editor, and when a shopper selects that bar the one-time purchase option is hidden, so the product can only be added to cart on a subscription. The bar itself stays visible like any other, and your other bars keep offering one-time as usual. It's a simple way to reserve your best bundle deals for subscribers without setting up separate products. Subscription-only bars never discount one-time orders, even if the quantity matches.

New Jun 24, 2026

Aurora widget: savings badges and animation controls

Three updates to the Aurora subscription widget. You can now show a discount badge (percentage off, amount off, or fixed price) on each subscription option to make the savings obvious at the point of choice, with full control over the badge style, color, and position. The badge text is translatable, so it reads correctly for every customer. We've also added animation controls: an Animated gradient toggle to keep or remove Aurora's signature flowing gradient, and a Glow and scale toggle to switch off the pulsing glow and hover motion for a calmer, more static look. Turn them off for a cleaner, solid-color style that better fits a minimal storefront.

Improved Jun 24, 2026

Setup guide is front and center on your dashboard

We moved the setup guide to the top of your dashboard so it's immediately visible without scrolling past your analytics. If you reinstall the app, the guide comes back automatically so you can pick up where you left off and make sure everything is wired up correctly.

Improved Jun 24, 2026

Polish across the app: cleaner banners, navigation, and fixes

This release tidies up several rough edges across the app. Pages no longer stack multiple notification banners on top of each other: you now see one banner at a time, with confirmations and the most urgent messages first, and the next message appears on your next visit rather than all at once. The 'reactivate your subscriptions' prompt after a reinstall now only shows when you actually have subscriptions waiting to be turned back on. The left-hand menu keeps the correct section highlighted on deeper pages, including editing cancellation and pause flows, opening analytics breakdowns, and editing the customer portal, instead of jumping to Home. The feature requests board now adapts to smaller screens (two columns on tablets, a single column on phones), busy columns show the first ten with a 'Show more' button, and the request details window reopens reliably. And on the bundle editor, the live preview now reflects the block title you type instead of always showing the default text.

New Jun 23, 2026

More control over the Custom widget

If you build your storefront widget with the Custom variant, you now have three new price placeholders to drop into your templates. Use [[compare_price]] for the struck-through regular price, [[per_delivery_price]] to show the cost of each shipment, and [[per_delivery_compare_price]] for the matching regular per-delivery price. These make it easy to design option cards that highlight how much a subscriber saves, including for prepaid plans where one charge covers several deliveries. The was-prices stay empty when a plan has no discount, so they simply hide. There is also a new Position dropdown in the one-time purchase settings, so you can show the one-time option at the start (above your plans) or at the end (below them).

New Jun 19, 2026

Translate your subscription option benefits

If you show benefit lines on your subscription widget (the checklist of perks under each plan), you can now translate them. Go to Settings, Translations, Subscription option benefits and pick a language, then translate each benefit for every plan group. Storefronts in other languages show the translated benefits automatically, and anything you leave blank falls back to your original text.

Improved Jun 19, 2026

Control each bundle option's savings chip, automatic or manual

The savings chip (the little "Save 15%" callout on a bundle option) is now controlled inside the bundle itself instead of the global widget settings. Open a bar with a discount and choose Automatic to show the standard "Save X%" or "Save $X" wording, which you can now translate per language under Settings, Translations, Bundles. Or choose Manual to write your own text using {value} for the discount amount. We also renamed the bar's "Label" field to "Description" to make its purpose clearer.

New Jun 17, 2026

Match subscription offers to each bundle tier

You can now tie specific subscription options to each quantity break in a bundle deal. Pick which plans show for each tier in the bundle editor, so a single might offer a monthly plan while a 3-pack offers a quarterly plan at a bigger discount. When a shopper switches tiers on the product page, the available subscription options update to match, and the customer portal keeps each subscriber to the options their tier allows. There's also a new "Bundle deal only" toggle on a subscription option, which keeps a deal-specific plan from showing up on other products or in the portal unless a bundle tier offers it. This makes it easy to build the exact bundle-and-subscribe combinations your customers ask for.

Improved Jun 17, 2026

A faster, snappier dashboard

We've reworked how the dashboard loads so the page appears much sooner. The main screen now renders right away instead of waiting on background data, and pieces like your analytics and setup checklist stream in moments later. The result is a noticeably faster, more responsive admin, especially the home screen you land on every day.

New Jun 17, 2026

Target bundle deals to specific product variants

Bundle deals can now be limited to specific variants of a product, not just the product as a whole. When you pick the products a bundle applies to, you can drill into each one and choose exactly which variants get the deal, the same way you select variants for a subscription option. You can also create separate bundles for different variants of the same product (for example one deal on the large size and a different deal on the small size), and the right bundle shows automatically as the shopper switches variants. On your storefront the bundle widget appears only for eligible variants, and the matching discount applies at checkout. Existing bundles are unchanged and keep applying to every variant.

Improved Jun 16, 2026

Edit bundle options without losing sight of the preview

When you click a bar in the bundle editor, its settings now slide open inline instead of taking over the screen in a pop-up. That means your bundle preview stays visible the whole time: adjust a quantity, discount, title, or badge and see the change reflected instantly without flipping back and forth. Click the bar again or hit Done to collapse it.

New Jun 16, 2026

See your storefront and portal status at a glance

Your dashboard now has a status card that shows, at a glance, whether shoppers can actually subscribe and manage their plans. It tells you if your storefront widget is live (through the theme app block or the theme app embed) and whether your subscription portal is enabled. We make it clear that you only need the app block OR the app embed, not both, so a healthy setup never looks broken. If something needs your attention, there's a direct link to fix it.

Improved Jun 15, 2026

A safety check before bulk deletes on the Retention page

On the Retention page, using the bulk Delete action on loyalty programs, cancellation flows, or pause flows now opens a confirmation dialog before anything is removed. The confirm button shows a progress spinner while the delete runs, so you know it's working. This makes it much harder to lose a program or flow to an accidental click.

New Jun 15, 2026

Style the bundle widget your way

The bundle and quantity break widget is now more flexible to match your brand. You can give the 'Save X%' savings chip its own background and text colors (for example, a bold green to make the discount pop) from the Price section of the bundle widget editor. Custom CSS you add in the bundle widget's Custom CSS box now actually applies on your storefront, so you can fine tune the look beyond the built in options. We also fixed a display issue where the savings chip could drop the space in its text (showing something like 'Save15%') when you used a custom label, so the discount always reads clearly to your customers.

New Jun 10, 2026

Control discount stacking per bundle option

When a product is bought on subscription and also qualifies for a bundle deal (quantity breaks or buy X get Y), both discounts could apply at once. Now every bar in a bundle deal has an 'Apply this bar to subscription orders' setting in the bar editor. Leave it on (the default) to keep stacking that bar's discount on top of the subscription discount, or turn it off so the bar applies to one-time purchases only and subscribers receive just their subscription discount. Because the choice lives on each bar, you can let a 'buy 3' tier stack while a deeper 'buy 6' tier does not, giving you precise control over your margins.

New Jun 10, 2026

Choose whether the bundle or subscription widget shows first

You can now control the stacking order of your product-page widgets. In the Bundle widget tab, under Add-ons, the new "Show bundle widget above the subscription widget" toggle decides which widget appears first. Leave it on (the default) to keep the bundle widget on top, or turn it off to show the subscription widget first and the bundle widget below it. The change applies instantly to your live storefront.

New Jun 3, 2026

Grow AOV with upsells in the customer portal and email

A new Upsells section in the navigation lets you create targeted product recommendations that appear inside the customer portal and in the upcoming renewal reminder email. Pick which subscriptions trigger an offer (any subscription, specific products, or whole collections) and what to recommend. Discounts (percentage off, amount off, or a fixed price) stack on top of the customer's subscription discount, so subscribers always feel they're getting the best deal. Mark an offer as 'one-time' and the recommended product ships in just the next order, then is automatically removed from the contract. Mark it as 'recurring' and it stays as part of the subscription. Customers see a clear 'Subscription + 10% off' badge, the strike-through retail price, and the bigger savings. In the renewal email, every recommendation includes an 'Add to next order' link that takes the customer to a dedicated confirmation page in their portal, showing the product alongside their existing subscription lines and the new recurring subtotal, ready to confirm in one tap. Dismissed offers stay hidden for that customer, so the same suggestion never feels pushy. Track impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue under Analytics > Reports > Upsell performance.

Improved Jun 3, 2026

Better multilingual support across the entire app

Every customer-facing surface (subscription widgets, email notifications, and the customer portal) now includes bundled translation defaults for 22 languages. Previously, non-English stores had to manually translate every label. Now the app ships sensible defaults out of the box, covering widget labels, billing frequencies, discount tags, loyalty rewards, email subjects and body text, billing error messages, and all portal strings. You can still customize any string from Settings > Translations, and your overrides take priority over the bundled defaults. For international stores this means a fully localized experience from day one, fewer untranslated strings, and fewer language-related support tickets.

May 2026

New May 23, 2026

Sale prices now show on the one-time option in Lure and Aurora

If your product has a Shopify compare-at price (it's on sale), the Lure and Aurora subscription widgets now show that original price struck through next to the current price on the one-time purchase row, the same way the subscription rows already do. Customers immediately see both the sale and the subscription value side by side, instead of the sale only appearing on the product page. Honors the existing 'Show compare-at price' setting on each widget, so nothing changes for products that are not on sale.

Improved May 15, 2026

More reliable search for stores with many contracts

Search on the subscriptions page is now more reliable on stores with a large number of contracts. Refining a query (typing a few more characters, or backspacing) immediately replaces the in-progress search, so results consistently reflect what you most recently typed instead of stalling behind older searches. Finding the subscription you need stays dependable as your subscriber base grows.

New May 8, 2026

Fix outdated shipping prices on every subscription in one click

Shipping prices on existing subscription contracts are frozen to whatever rate applied at signup, so a rate-card update or a free-shipping promo can leave you absorbing the difference (or overcharging customers) on every renewal. From the subscription contracts table, the Bulk actions menu now includes Update shipping price. Pick a selection (or all contracts in a view) and choose either a fixed price to apply to everyone, or Recalculate from current rates, which looks up each contract's address against your live shipping rates and picks the matching option. Pickup contracts are automatically set to free shipping during a recalculation. Use it after rate-card changes, when launching a free-shipping promotion, or whenever you spot a contract still being charged old shipping. You can optionally notify customers that their subscription was updated.

New May 2, 2026

Keep more subscribers with cancellation and pause retention flows

Subscription churn is now something you can fight back against. Configure cancellation flows with reasons and per-reason counter-offers (discounts, free products, gift cards, product swaps, or just suggest pausing). Configure pause flows with duration limits, reasons, counter-offers, and automated win-back emails that re-engage paused customers. Both flows support a final incentive step where you can offer a reward that only applies after the customer completes their next order, preventing abuse. Start from proven templates (Standard, Aggressive, Minimal) or build your own from scratch. Preview exactly what your customers will see before going live, and track save rates, counter-offer performance, and win-back conversion directly from the flow editor. Find everything under the new Retention tab in the top navigation.

Improved May 1, 2026

Quickstart now walks you all the way to a live widget

We've brought the 'Enable the widget' step back to the quickstart as its own step right before the success screen. It walks you through opening the theme editor, includes a video for the few clicks involved, and confirms the widget is live as soon as you return to the tab. You can still skip and enable it later from the dashboard setup guide.

Improved May 1, 2026

Preview subscription pricing on real products

The widget preview on the subscription option editor now has a 'Preview product' picker, matching the bundle editor. Choose any active product and the preview re-renders with its real variant price so you can see exactly how the discount, prepaid totals, and savings will look on the storefront. Leave it on 'Sample data' to keep the placeholder price.

New May 1, 2026

Edit bundles without going live first

The bundle editor now has a Status control on the top right. Set a bundle to Draft to keep it off your storefront while you tune tiers, copy, and styling, then flip to Published when you're ready. Existing bundles keep their current status, and any bundle you create from the quickstart still publishes immediately so nothing changes for that path.

April 2026

New Apr 30, 2026

A faster, more focused setup experience

We've reshaped the first-run experience around what you actually want to launch. The quickstart now asks upfront whether you're setting up subscriptions, bundles, or both, then only walks you through the steps relevant to that path. The dashboard setup guide does the same: bundles-only stores see a 'Bundle created' step instead of subscription-only items, and the help text adapts to your choice. Once you've finished the steps, Shekhar from our team automatically reviews your setup and reaches out if anything needs tuning. The 'Book a time' button stays available throughout in case you'd rather walk through it together.

New Apr 30, 2026

Shape the roadmap: feature requests are now in-app

Have a feature you wish existed? Tell us directly. The new Feature requests page lets you submit ideas, comment on requests other merchants have raised, and track each one through Open, Accepted, In progress, Completed, and Rejected states. Your input shapes what we ship next, so the things that move the needle for your business get prioritized.

Improved Apr 17, 2026

Faster turnaround on your support tickets

We built internal tooling that lets our support team pull and analyze customer chat history more efficiently, with rate-limit-aware retry logic. The practical impact: when you escalate a tricky ticket, we can investigate more thoroughly and respond more quickly.

Improved Apr 16, 2026

Even faster admin pages

We did a second optimization pass on admin page loads: removed unnecessary work from the critical path, parallelized more loader queries, and reordered deferred resolves. Pages that used to spend 500 to 800ms on initial paint now feel noticeably tighter, especially on the contracts list and analytics surfaces you use every day.

Improved Apr 9, 2026

Reorder bundle tiers in seconds

Tier management on the bundle editor is now drag-and-drop. The per-row controls (delete, duplicate, mark as default) sit alongside the drag handle so the workflow stays compact, even with many tiers. Reorganize your bundle merchandising as fast as you can think it.

Improved Apr 9, 2026

What you see is what your customers see

When you configure a bundle, the preview on the right reflects exactly what customers will see, including variant selectors, real tier titles and subtitles, and live product images from your form. No more publish-and-pray; you build with confidence and ship faster.

New Apr 9, 2026

Highlight your hero offers with tier badges

Bundle tiers can now carry a configurable badge, 'Most popular', 'Best value', or any text you choose, with a position you control (inline with the title or at the top of the card). The badge renders on the storefront and in the admin preview, with overflow handled gracefully on narrow themes. A small piece of social proof that nudges shoppers toward your highest-margin tier.

Improved Apr 8, 2026

Never lose unsaved widget changes

Widget editor pages now use Shopify's SaveBar with auto-publish on save. The save flow matches the rest of the Shopify admin and prevents accidental navigation away from unsaved changes. No more redoing twenty minutes of widget tweaks because you clicked the wrong link.

New Apr 8, 2026

Bundle discounts that last for the life of the subscription

Bundle discounts ("buy 3 save 15%") now apply to subscriptions on every renewal, not just the first checkout. Each discount is labeled clearly on the contract payment summary, and the bundle indicator is shown directly on the contract page, so support can answer customer questions in seconds, and your subscribers keep getting the value they signed up for.

New Apr 8, 2026

Mix-and-match bundles always show the right price

When customers swap variants inside a mix-and-match bundle, the widget recalculates the price live, including any subscription discount and bulk-quantity adjustments. The displayed price always matches what they pay at checkout, eliminating a major source of cart abandonment and refund requests.

New Apr 8, 2026

Real-time order analytics: bundle, subscription, and one-time

Every paid order is now classified the moment it comes in, as bundle, subscription, recurring renewal, or one-time. Real-time analytics surface AOV, recurring vs one-time revenue, and bundle attach rate without any delay. Historical orders were backfilled, so the data goes back across your entire store history. Meaningful answers from day one, not after a 30-day lag.

New Apr 7, 2026

Preview bundles on any product in your catalog

Pick any product from your catalog inside the bundle widget editor and watch the preview update with that product's images, variants, and pricing. Useful when you want to confirm a bundle merchandises well across very different SKUs before you publish it live.

Improved Apr 6, 2026

Manage your bundle catalog faster

The bundles page now uses a draggable list with reorder-on-drop and a focused modal for editing. The flow mirrors the subscription option editor, so the workflow is familiar regardless of which surface you're on, and you can rearrange your bundle merchandising in seconds instead of minutes.

New Apr 6, 2026

Bundle widgets that match your brand

Style the bundle widget the way you style the rest of your store: colors, border roundness, border thickness, label tones, and per-mode (simple/advanced) settings. Changes preview live in the editor, so you can iterate quickly to a look that converts.

New Apr 6, 2026

Bundle widget: a redesigned promotion experience

Bundles are now a first-class citizen alongside subscriptions. We've split the widget customization page into Subscription and Bundle tabs, given bundles their own draggable list with modal editing, and added per-tier badges with configurable positions on the storefront. Style the bundle widget independently from the subscription widget (with shared color schemes for consistency) and merchandise both offer types confidently.

Improved Apr 3, 2026

A snappier admin dashboard

We rebuilt how the admin dashboard fetches its data, parallelizing independent queries, deferring non-critical work, lazy-loading the analytics chart, and removing an unnecessary hydration gate. The result is a dashboard that feels noticeably snappier, particularly on high-volume stores where it matters most.

March 2026

Improved Mar 11, 2026

One less setup step for new stores

The setup flow for per-plan subscription limits has been redesigned for clarity, and the underlying validation function is now registered automatically as part of onboarding. New stores get cap-enforcement protection on day one, without an extra setup step you might forget.

New Mar 9, 2026

Deeper insight into subscriber health

Every selling plan and product now keeps an inline tally of subscriptions in each status. This unlocks sharper filtering on the contracts list, more accurate cap enforcement, and more meaningful charts on the analytics page, so you can see at a glance which products are growing and which are quietly bleeding subscribers.

February 2026

Improved Feb 27, 2026

Subscription caps that are always accurate

When a contract is paused, cancelled, activated, or fails, your per-plan and per-product subscription counts update inline. The cap-enforcement check stays accurate in real time, and dashboard tiles always reflect reality. No waiting for a backfill, no stale numbers letting customers oversubscribe.

New Feb 25, 2026

Cap subscriptions on limited-stock products

Limited-stock or limited-edition products can now have a maximum subscription count per selling plan. Once the cap is hit, the option is gated at checkout, so customers can't oversubscribe to a finite SKU. Ideal for capsule drops, allocation-based supply, beverage clubs, and staggered launches where overselling is the worst outcome.

Improved Feb 19, 2026

Faster product pages, better Core Web Vitals

We hunted down 135 KB of unused code and inlined assets in the storefront subscription widget. Product pages now load and become interactive faster on every theme, lifting your Core Web Vitals: better SEO, better conversion, less drop-off on slower connections.

New Feb 12, 2026

Know your most valuable customers and products

Find out exactly which customers and products are driving your subscription revenue. The new Customer Lifetime Value and Top Products analytics let you click any chart segment to jump straight into the customers or products behind that number, so you can identify your VIPs, your hero SKUs, and where to focus your retention efforts.

January 2026

Improved Jan 2, 2026

See last week vs this week at a glance

The dashboard now keeps a small 'latest' set of data points for each chart, so you can compare last week to this week at a glance without expanding the full analytics page. A faster pulse-check on how your business is trending day-to-day.

November 2025

Improved Nov 10, 2025

Recover more revenue automatically

Network blips, Shopify rate limits, and payment processor timeouts no longer count as immediate billing failures. Renewals retry with exponential backoff before being surfaced as a true dunning event. The result is fewer false-negative billing failures and more revenue recovered automatically, without merchant intervention.

Improved Nov 5, 2025

A clearer first impression for new merchants

When you don't have any subscription contracts yet, the contracts list now shows a clear, action-oriented empty state instead of a blank table. New merchants get a faster path to creating their first plan or sharing a quick subscribe link, turning install into first revenue with less friction.

October 2025

New Oct 28, 2025

Foundation for local delivery

We've laid the groundwork for local-delivery support on subscription contracts. Pricing tiers, delivery zones, and pickup options will follow in subsequent releases, opening up local-delivery subscription businesses (meal kits, groceries, beverages) to run cleanly on Supr Bundle & Subscription App.

New Oct 26, 2025

Bundle-only subscription options

You can now create subscription options that only appear inside bundles. Useful when you want richer pricing or different frequencies for bundled customers without cluttering the standalone product page. Cleaner storefront, better merchandising flexibility.

New Oct 25, 2025

Reward your most loyal subscribers

Reward customers for sticking around. The new loyalty rewards program automatically applies escalating discounts to long-running subscription contracts, encouraging customers to stay subscribed longer and lifting your overall LTV. Discount-based rewards ship today, with more reward types arriving in future releases.

Improved Oct 22, 2025

A faster, friendlier customer portal

We've reworked the processing layer behind the customer portal so sign-in and subscription management feel faster and more polished. Less waiting and fewer flickers translate into a better customer experience and fewer support tickets landing in your inbox.

New Oct 17, 2025

Run promotions on subscriptions with discount codes

Discount codes now work on subscription contracts. Customers can manage their own codes from the portal, and you can apply, remove, or update codes from the contract edit page in admin. This unlocks a whole class of campaigns you couldn't run before: win-backs, seasonal promotions, VIP retention offers, and more.

Improved Oct 7, 2025

We see issues before you do

We've connected our server to a richer error-monitoring stack so unexpected failures are captured with full context. In practice this means our team often sees and fixes issues before any merchant has to write in: shorter outages, faster turnarounds, fewer headaches for you.

New Oct 1, 2025

Sell subscription bundles to grow AOV

More reliable renewals across every store

All stores are now running on the newer renewal pipeline. Renewals process faster, failures are easier for our team to diagnose, and the legacy code path that occasionally caused unexplained edge cases is gone. No action required on your end. You'll just notice more consistent renewal behavior.

Improved Sep 13, 2025

Answer customer questions at a glance

Each subscription contract now has a cleaner, more complete timeline: events grouped by day, consistent status icons, and previously-missing states like 'rescheduled' and 'discount applied' showing up where you'd expect. When a customer asks 'what happened on this subscription?', you can answer in seconds.

Improved Sep 13, 2025

A snappier customer portal

We rewired the customer portal data layer to fetch contract data in parallel rather than sequentially. The result is a meaningfully faster perceived load, particularly valuable for your most loyal customers who manage several subscriptions at once.

August 2025

Improved Aug 7, 2025

Bundle subscriptions you can rely on

We added end-to-end test coverage and structured logging across the entire bundle subscription pipeline. Day-to-day you shouldn't notice anything different, but renewals, swaps, and partial refunds on bundle subscriptions are now significantly more robust, which means fewer surprises for you and your customers.

July 2025

New Jul 28, 2025

Update payment methods without leaving the contract

We've added an action menu on the payment method card. Both you (in admin) and your customers (in the portal) can now request or trigger a payment method update directly from the contract view, instead of digging through Shopify's customer record. Faster card updates means faster recovery from declined payments.

New Jul 23, 2025

Subscriptions with multi-product bundles

Sell multi-product bundles on subscription with confidence. Cart enforcement, fulfillment, inventory tracking, and renewal pricing all flow through correctly, so you can offer higher-AOV bundle subscriptions without worrying about edge cases breaking your operation.

Improved Jul 21, 2025

Protect your bulk-quantity subscriptions

If your selling plans require minimum or fixed bulk quantities (multi-packs, case-size subscriptions, or bundle floors), customers can no longer slip past those rules at checkout. Bundles, multi-pack subscriptions, and quantity-locked plans all enforce consistently, protecting your margins and your fulfillment plans.

New Jul 18, 2025

Foundation for subscription bundles

We laid down the dedicated bundle management surface in the admin: routes for creating, listing, and editing bundles. This is the foundation the public subscription bundle release builds on later in the year, so get ready to offer higher-AOV bundle subscriptions to your customers.

New Jul 15, 2025

Keep customers from dropping off at checkout

The checkout widget now reads selling plans directly from your storefront, which means the dropdown matches exactly what you offer on the product page. No mismatched options, no confused customers, no abandoned checkouts because the subscription frequency they wanted suddenly isn't there.

New Jul 11, 2025

Help right where you need it

Most pages in the admin now expose a help icon in the title bar that opens the relevant knowledge-base article without leaving the app. We've also rewritten the underlying settings guides to be clearer and more consistent, so when you have a question, the answer is one click away.

Improved Jul 2, 2025

Never lose your onboarding progress by accident

Several merchants told us they'd lost their onboarding checklist with a single click. We've added a confirmation step before the quick-start guide gets dismissed, so your setup progress stays exactly where you left it.

June 2025

New Jun 9, 2025

Pause, cancel, or reactivate in bulk

The bulk action menu now includes status changes. Select the contracts you need, pick the new status, and the change is applied across the whole selection, with notifications and audit history handled exactly as if you'd done each one by hand. A real time-saver for support sweeps and seasonal pauses.

New Jun 7, 2025

Get ahead of upcoming renewals

Find every contract billing tomorrow, this week, or in any custom date range. Pair the filter with bulk actions to reach out, reschedule, or pause groups of contracts in a single sweep. Perfect before holidays, supply pauses, or planned promotions where you want to control exactly which customers are charged when.

Announcement Jun 4, 2025

Permission refresh for upcoming bundle features

We updated the Shopify permission scopes the app requests so we can deliver the upcoming subscription bundle features and better fulfillment handling. Existing installs were prompted to reauthorize where required. Once approved, no further action is needed.

Improved Jun 3, 2025

Run massive bulk operations without worry

Selecting hundreds or thousands of contracts and applying a bulk action (pausing, rescheduling, updating quantities) is now backed by a throttled processing queue. Long-running jobs won't stall halfway through, so your sweep across a large subscriber base lands cleanly every time.

May 2025

New May 29, 2025

Find any contract in seconds

The subscription contracts table now supports sorting on every relevant column: customer, status, next billing date, contract value, and more. Combined with the existing filters, you can slice your subscriber base any way you like and surface exactly the records you need to act on.

Improved May 27, 2025

A cleaner admin: dismiss the banners you've already read

Banners that nudge you toward setup steps, warn about configuration issues, or announce new features can now be dismissed individually. Once dismissed, they stay out of your way, so your admin only shows what still needs your attention.

Recover more revenue from failed billing attempts

Failed renewals are leaked revenue, and most of it is recoverable if you reach customers with the right message. We've added a dedicated, brandable email template for failed billing attempts that gives customers a clear path to update their payment method before the dunning sequence escalates. Recovering even a small share of failed renewals translates directly into higher subscription LTV for your store.
