The details
A bundle app lets shoppers buy several units or several products together at a better price, chosen right on the product page. Supr shows the bundle options above your add to cart button, on the product pages you choose, and puts the real products in the order so stock and fulfilment work as normal.
Supr covers every common kind of bundle in one app: buy more and save more discounts (called quantity breaks in the app), build-your-own boxes (mix and match), buy 2 get 1 free (Buy X Get Y), ready-made sets of different products (fixed bundles), free gifts and extras. Every kind can be bought one-time or on subscription, from the same offer.
A buy more, save more discount (quantity break in the app) rewards shoppers who buy a bigger pack of the same product. You set how many units each option covers and its price: a percentage off, an amount off each unit, or one price for the whole pack. For a $20 product, a typical setup is 1 unit at $20, 3 units at 10% off ($54) and 6 units at 20% off ($96).
Each option is a minimum. With options for 2 and 3 units, a shopper buying 4 or 10 gets the 3 unit price on every unit, whether they set the quantity on the product page or in the cart. Variants of one product count together, so three different flavours still make the 3 pack, and the option's variant picker lets the shopper choose each unit.
Tick Mix and match products toward quantity breaks and units of every product in the offer count together, so 2 of one product and 1 of another reach the 3 pack.
A build your own box (build-a-box in the app) lets shoppers fill a box from products you choose. You set one or more groups, each with a minimum and maximum to pick and the products to choose from. Several groups make a stepped box, such as 2 coffees, then 1 filter pack.
The box opens already filled with your starting items, so a shopper who likes your selection adds it in one tap. One option can cover every box size with up to 10 discount steps: for example 2 or more items at 10% off, 4 or more at 20%, 6 or more at 25%. Shoppers see the price update with every item and a line saying how many more items unlock the next discount.
Bought on subscription, the box renews at the step it reached, and subscribers can change the contents later in the customer portal, repriced at the step the new box reaches.
A buy 2 get 1 free offer (Buy X Get Y in the app) sets how many items the shopper buys at full price, how many they get as the reward, and the reward's discount: free, a percentage off, an amount off or a fixed price. The reward can be the same product, any product in the offer, or products you pick. That covers Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 1 at 50% off and Buy 3, get a free product of your choice.
On a $43.99 product, Buy 2 Get 1 Free charges $87.98 and ships three units. Each unit gets its own variant choice, so the free item can be a different size, and when units differ in price the reward goes to the cheapest one, the way Shopify's own Buy X Get Y discount works.
A ready-made set (fixed bundle in the app) sells a set of different products that you choose, in quantities you set, at one bundle price. Shoppers can still pick a variant of each product where you allow it. In the cart each product is its own line and the bundle stays whole: changing one item's quantity adds or removes a whole bundle.
Stock comes off each real product. While any product in the set is sold out, the option reads Sold out. To give the bundle its own page, create a normal Shopify product with its own photos and point the offer at it.
Yes. Any bundle option can carry free gifts, given on the first order only or on every order, either all of them or a few the shopper picks from a pool. You choose what happens when a gift sells out: show the option as sold out, or keep selling without the gift. Add-ons are optional extras the shopper ticks on, such as a brush for $5, and they do not repeat on repeat orders.
Yes. Switch the offer to Bundle + Subscription and every bundle can be bought one-time or on subscription, from the same product page. A subscribed bundle keeps its bundle discount on every repeat order by default, or for the first orders only if you choose. Same app, no second app, no migration.
Each pack can have its own frequency, for example a 1 bottle option monthly, a 2 bottle option every 2 months and a 3 bottle option every 3 months.
