Bundles
Quantity breaks, build-your-own boxes and Buy X Get Y.
Can I bundle different products together, like 3 or 4 products at a discount?
Yes. Use a fixed bundle, where you choose the products and quantities, or a build-a-box option, where shoppers choose. Both show on your existing product pages and can be bought one-time or on subscription.
Do I need the Shopify Bundles app or a separate bundle product?
No. Bundles are options inside an offer and show on the product pages you choose. If you want one page just for the bundle, create a normal Shopify product and point the offer at it.
Can customers subscribe to a bundle?
Yes. Use a Bundle + Subscription offer. Every bundle type can be bought on subscription, and each option can be made subscription only or one-time only.
Can I show buy more, save more discounts and subscribe and save on the same product page?
Yes. A Bundle + Subscription offer with pack options (quantity breaks in the app) and subscription options lets shoppers pick a pack, then one-time or a delivery frequency.
What happens if a customer buys more than my largest bundle?
On an offer whose options are all buy more, save more packs, they keep the largest option's discount on every unit: with a 3 pack as the top option, 4 or 10 units all get the 3 pack rate.
Does the bundle create a new product or a new SKU?
No. Orders contain the real products, and stock comes off each one.
Do discount codes work on top of bundle prices?
It depends on the code's Combinations setting in Shopify, which you control.
Can I give a free gift with the first order only?
Yes. Add a gift to any option and set it to apply to the first order only, so it does not ship free on every repeat order.
Can I change the wording shoppers see?
Yes. The bundle heading, option names, badges and every label the widget prints can be reworded and translated.
Does it work on Shopify POS and in other markets and languages?
The bundle discount applies on Shopify POS, prices follow Shopify Markets, and the widget comes translated into the languages the app supports.
Subscriptions
Frequencies, discounts, skips, pauses and moving from another app.
How do I let customers choose monthly, every 2 months or every 3 months?
Add one subscription option per frequency to the offer, each with its own discount, and pick the products it applies to.
Which frequencies can I offer?
Any number of days, weeks, months or years, such as every 30 days, every 2 weeks or yearly.
Can subscribe and save be selected by default?
Yes. Click Make default on the subscription option you want, or on one-time purchase to keep that as the default.
Can the discount change after a few orders?
Yes. Add a discount change, for example 10% off the first 3 orders, then 15% from the 4th.
Can customers skip, swap or pause on their own?
Yes, in the customer portal, with the actions you allow and limits such as a cutoff before the next order.
Can I offer a free trial?
Yes. A free trial option makes the first order free or discounted, then charges the option's own price.
Can I sell gift subscriptions?
Yes. A prepaid, one-off option can be sent as a gift: the buyer enters the recipient's email and a message, and the recipient gets an email.
Do subscriptions use Shopify checkout?
Yes. Subscriptions are sold through Shopify's own checkout and renew through Shopify.
Can I move my subscribers from Recharge or Seal?
Yes. Supr has ready-made importers for Recharge, Seal and Shopify Subscriptions, and our team helps with other apps.
Does it work with Klaviyo?
Yes. Every subscription event can start a Klaviyo or Omnisend flow, including SMS steps, and Shopify Flow has triggers and actions too.
Bundles on subscription

Can customers subscribe to a bundle on Shopify?
Yes. In Supr any bundle option in a Bundle + Subscription offer can be bought on subscription, and the bundle discount is kept on every repeat order unless you limit it.
Do I need two apps for subscriptions and bundles?
Not with Supr: subscriptions and every bundle type are in one app and one offer.
Can I keep the bundle discount for the first orders only?
Yes. Turn on Bundle discount for the first orders only and set how many orders, the first one included.
Can each pack ship on a different schedule?
Yes. Add one subscription option per frequency and restrict each to its pack.
Can subscribers change what is in their box?
Yes, in the customer portal, and the box is repriced at the discount step its new contents reach.
How do I stop the two discounts stacking?
Turn off Apply discount to subscriptions on the bundle option, so the bundle discount applies to one-time orders only.
Can I start with bundles and add subscriptions later?
Yes. Change the offer type to Bundle + Subscription and add a subscription option; the bundles you already sell keep working.
Does stock come off the real products?
Yes. Orders contain the real products, on the first order and on every repeat order.
